The worst company to buy and work for. As a former employee I know all the problems with this company. only warning people so this doesn't happen to them. I was a single mom of two young toddlers working in sales at Nissan. I enjoyed every aspect except my pay. the customers loved me and surprisingly so did the rest of the staff. that is, until my child became sick and I took Time off. I came back to work New Year's Day and continued working. when I was told that I had to go get my daughter with a fever of 103. I told Jack and he said okay but that he wanted to have a meeting first. he brought me to his office and essentially "let me off easy" saying that they can't afford to pay me because I wasn't making any sales. which I totally understand and was honestly upset because I loved the people there. fast forward to a few months later of trying to get on unemployment and Jack has not only lied once now but TWICE about the reason for firing me. claiming he fired me for misconduct when he had given me a hug and told me " I hate to do this to you". He took this as far as fighting in the dept of labor court over this. I'm 35 weeks pregnant and can't handle fighting him in court when I know I did nothing wrong. Crooked company. Pay cuts out of nowhere, can't miss 2 seconds of work for and family emergency, and clearly can't receive unemployment after working for them. The owner is nothing but money hungry. read more

I had my car towed because I lost my key fob. I paid 400$ for the tow to not be given the correct information needed to purchase a new fob. They leg thought I stole the car. They had a police officer run the plate and registration and force them to release the car. Disgusting and disturbing dealership. read more

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealer over the last few years. Both were used and they seem to be good value. I have no issue with the Sales/Finance departments. If anything i give them a 5-star review for getting me into these vehicles in a timely manner. I am giving Formula Nissan a 4-Star review because of my experience with the service department over these last few years. Main issues i have had are, Booking an appointment only to show up and be told i have no appointment and have to wait. Being charged for services i did not approve. Being quoted ridiculous things like a Fuel induction service. The vehicle this was quoted for has only 20,000 miles and from my research most Nissan dealers reccomend this service every 60,000. Other than the ridiculous quotes along with the ridiculous prices. This service team has done right by me on the work i have requested. I will return here for basic maintenance and inspections. I do recommend this dealer often to friends and Coworkers. read more

These guys were great! Had a "service" warning light after a few electrical mishaps. They got me in on short notice. They evaluated car & warning, explained the issue thoroughly and fixed it. It was not an obvious issue - I had a broken battery support, causing voltage issues. Total cost was more than fair. I was most impressed with how they explained everything. Read some negative reviews on here prior to going in. I was concerned, but my fears were unfounded. I am always hesitant to take my car into a dealer service center - many overcharges and bad experiences over the years - but my fears were unfounded this time. Drove from Williston to Barre to find out that the car that they said was possibly there wasn't there total waste of time. The car lot had less than a half a dozen new cars on it but they couldn't manage to know their own inventory. Glad they didn't get my business. I will be reaching out to Nissan USA to let them know how their dealer is representing their brand. read more

****ABSOLUTELY AVOID**** my husband and I signed a contract for a new car/ paid first month payment just to find out that the car we signed contract for was sold to someone else. They told us that they would order another one and we would get it sometime next week. I told them, fine but we were going to continue to look elsewhere on our own (at this time we lost trust). We went to Team Nissan North in Lebanon NH because they gave us a no haggle, better deal (same monthly payments for a Pathfinder SL rather than the S model promised at Formula) and had wonderful customer service. We asked Formula for our money back since Formula broke the contract by selling the car to someone else. Jack C. (owner) told my husband "SEE YOU IN COURT" and refused to return our money. We filed a complaint with Nissan Corp, Better Business Bureau and finally with the Attorney General. At that point, Jack lied to contact person we filed complaint with and said it was all a misunderstanding as he thought Nissan was going to refund our money and not him. When I filed complaint with Nissan, I was told that they contacted Formula but they couldn't get them to return our money and there was nothing they could do. It was up to Formula to refund us as they are a private dealership. Please avoid them at all costs and go to Team Nissan North in Lebanon NH. It is well worth the drive. After Jack realized that we would not back down and were willing to take him to court, he finally agreed to return our money. Stay away or it could happen to you. read more

This places in hone customer service horrendous. Did you not like to work with people very well as far as I can tell from the first moment I started talking after asking about different models and price range.I also had another experience but it wasn't from me a friend of mine told me about this place. I have tried to see what I can do about this place but it really wasn't worth my time. When they say they want to work with people all's car dealerships care about is money. When you buy a car it depreciates value as soon as you drive it off the lot. This is a continuation to a review on Formula Nissan in Berlin VT. The owner blocked me on his site for giving a bad review. The previous owner of my car works for him and the car was in an accident. The accident was undisclosed at sale. Jack refused to fix. He claims they do not run auto check or carfax. He would not need to in this case because he knows the previous owner and obviously knew of the accident. One can only deduce that Formula (Jack) assisted in the fixing of this car without having to file an insurance claim. Very u ethical business practice. read more

Hello. Beware of doing business with this company. My experience with this company, even after giving them a second chance, resulted in being over charged for work I didn't need. Also, I was failed on a car inspection for not doing the work that was required according to them that was over $700; yet an auto shop within a mile found nothing wrong with my car and I passed. Keep in mind I had an out of state inspection done by another Nissan dealer one month prior that passed as well. This place is robbing people. Stay away. read more

Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! I own a Nissan and my transmission failed after only 26000 miles. I sent my car to this dealership to get serviced. After a week and a half, my car was not even looked at!! I had to call consumer affairs and they towed my car to a completely different dealership. Don't ever get your car serviced here or even buy a car here for that matter. They didn't have any technicians available to assess my car ( even though that is there job!) and they didn't offer any solutions such as bringing a temporary technician in while their one tech was taking time off. Their customer service and service dept are the worst I have ever encountered. My car was never fixed by this company. They are useless! read more
