They usually cost $12.99 for an 8-count box at other local stores, but ShopRite had them for $9.99 regular price and only $6.99 on sale. Deals like that really add up. The store is always clean, the bakery is top-notch, and the prices are noticeably better than many other grocery stores in the area. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I wasn't registered for a ShopRite shopper account at the time and couldn't receive the additional discounts. Personally, I think everyone should get the best price automatically. Some other stores even let cashiers scan a store card so customers can still receive sale pricing. This fact is not disclosed on the store's…read moreexterior (before you are scanned), nor the doors as you enter (when your face is scanned), nor just inside the door (after the scan has already occurred), nor even at the checkout line (after the scan data has already been uploaded to who knows how many separate servers, systems, and companies). The only way you can find out this has already been done to you, is by going to the customer service desk, and reading the many legal documents attached to the wall behind the staff, where you can barely read them. I guess won't be coming back here, but a lot of good that does me; my data has already been stolen, shipped off to third-party companies, and used in who know what ways. Oh, and who knows know many weeks or months it will be before cybercriminals steal my faceprint, likely associated to my name address and phone number through the POS data. I'm giving one additional star, only because they do not appear to be also using vehicle scanning and movent tracing systems (such as Flock, Axon, Vigilant, etc.) The prices are fine, and the selection of groceries isn't bad. But I don't expect I'll be back, due to the privacy issue and lack of disclosure.
