I have called Caribbean clear Agawam Poolman and was surprised to get in so quickly because everybody was saying how they have difficulties setting up appointment open pools . We bought the house in January and our pool wasn't closed. Therefore I knew we're gonna have trouble cleaning out the pool however, I said professionals would help, they came on April 25. Look at the pool check pump filters. Everything was working conditions Jacob one of the crew guy said they seen pools in the worst condition. He did put significant amount of shock other chemicals and left saying that he's gonna be back in a couple days to check it out. Which he did, he had more chemicals said that my chlorinator need to be changed was leaking and I was OK with that. so they charge me $700 but my pool was green. I texted my pool picture to the company and said do you think after $700 your pool should be looking like this(green). Since my balance wasn't paid , Tim who is the owner of the company came in look at my pool ,cleaned my filter say that he's not going to charge me for the visit, but I need to clean my filter much more often. for next 3 days my husband was shocking and cleaning but pool was still green. I went Nanci and bought recommended chemicals Algeciras and Blue to Clear.. We clean our filter every two hours, but my pool still greenish blue with yellow sediment on the bottom and walls. By the way, Tim told me to do that and then he will come and vacuum the pool if this wouldn't work. he also mentioned that they have significant balance that should pay even though my due date was not in the week. came to be due date I went and paid $700. Then I went to the store and then end of the May, his wife told me that they just need to do phosphate treatment, which I paid another $50 for and she will let him know and he will get back to me about finishing cleaning the pool. When first time Jacob came my husband, and I said we wanted to pull Crystal clear with clear wall and the bottom and us that's gonna be after all this done . that evening, Tim's wife sent me a message ,saying that they don't have time to come in and vacuum, and I should contact Rick's pools to help me out to finish their job they got paid for. I feel that I paid them 600$ put chemicals in my pool. I think they have bad business practices. and I call Ricks place who charges 150 in hour to clean pool and 95$ to clean filer that take me 10 min to do. i'm not sure maybe just my experience, but I thought I should share.

Deans was unable to tell the difference between a repair and buildup. I've also contacted Travis Industries the maker of the stove. To let them know about the experience I had with Dean's stove and spa. No customer should have to go through predatory selling tactics that deans uses. People are Travis Industries picked up the phone and at least took the time to listen. They asked for an e-mail and pictures and all of those have been sent off. Time will tell to see if anything happens. Lopi I did get back to me. So that's good. I've been not been waiting for over a week for my refund. I guess it's up to you whether or not you do business with them if you do good luck.

We couldnt seem to control the burn rate in the stove and were going through wood very fast. Turns out they never attached the chimney pipe to the back of the stove. When we called them on it they just claimed it wasn't their fault. The stove ended up cracking due to being overfired because we couldnt control the air intake. They offered zero assistance and we are out thousands of dollars. Were honestly probably very fortunate our house didn't burn down. Stay away from this place.

Juliano's Pools - From dirt going into the pool. But GM informed me it was graded correctly

We had an older pool with a ripped liner and the pool has been broken since we bought the house…read more Juliano's sales team did a great job giving us the confidence that they would be able to fix any issues that arise in assessing the pool and getting it functioning. This is why we ended up going with them instead of other competitors. Their prices did come in higher then other pool companies but the guarantee that our pool would be up and functional by the time we left is why we went with them. The installers came out quickly to measure the pool and ordered our liner and were out within the time frame to complete the liner installation. All was good. We got all call from the office team about a pump issue and were able to get good advice on proceeding. After the installers left however they left some equipment running and our hose also running to fill up the pool. However they left while we were at work and no one called us so we did not know that we needed to stop the hose and I specifically fill level. We ended up turning off the hose when the pool was full. The installers came back and told us that we filled the pool too high and they would have to pump out gallons of water to do the final things they needed to do. When letting them know we were not informed of this and it would be a pretty costly mistake all we got was a shrug. Also the company is large which I understand but if you miss call from them and call back and get a different person in the office they generally don't know what you're talking about. All in all we are pretty happy with our service and the pool looks great but for the price we would have hoped for better communication and customer service.

In my experience, Juliano's Pools has been one of the most disappointing contractors I have hired. The issues I encountered included what I consider poor workmanship, substandard quality, delays, and unprofessional conduct. These reflect my observations and opinions based on the work performed on my project. I have included photos and video clips documenting the conditions I observed, including re-do's. In my view, the company presented itself well during the initial evaluation process, but the actual performance on my project did not meet the standards I expected and I categorize them as substandard. If you are considering hiring them, I strongly recommend that you: * Closely monitor every phase of your project * Document everything with extensive photos and videos * Have an attorney review your contract before signing * Must - Withhold final payment until all punch list items are fully completed to your satisfaction, consistent with your contract terms If Juliano's Pools has already worked on your property, I would consider having a qualified professional inspect all relevant systems -- including electrical components, grounding, GFCIs, piping, and any additional features included in your scope -- to ensure they meet applicable standards. These statements reflect my personal experience, and others may have different experiences. I encourage anyone considering this contractor to perform their own due diligence and have legal team.
