They always make sure that you take the necessary time to dry before leaving. Each station has a massager chair for extra relaxation and guests are offered a cold soda or water at the beginning of their appointment. Over the past year that I have been coming, I can tell that there are a lot of regular customers which is great to see. You shouldn't anticipate trouble getting a walk in appointment, however it's a nice courtesy to call before driving over to ensure that they have someone who can see to you.
