That's so crazy I call the restaurant to place in order to get my food ready for me and my family so that when We get there my food is ready for us to eat inside the restaurant, but instead they wouldn't serve my food because I call them on the phone and they wouldn't allow us to eat inside, because by phone is only to go orders. I think that is so stupid on how they running there business I am not trying to change anything, but customer should have the right to choose whether they take it to go or to eat in there. I came across this place while out with my girlfriend. We both decided we would come in to try the tres leches cake since my girlfriend always loves it in other places Because my girlfriend loves this cake so much, I have tried a lot with her so I think I can say I have a very good basis for this cake's quality, and the tres leches in Veronica's Bakery was nothing short of delicious. It was thick, but not too thick, sweet but just right and soft like a cloud. My pickup order was wrong, and instead of resolving the issue, they asked me to drive back to return it. I requested a refund for the difference, but the staff, especially Gabriela, was rude and unhelpful. This place used to be good, but lately, it's been nothing but problems.
