It was so fun, because there was an option to get a pick 2- I ended up getting a bbq pork bahn mi as well as a brisket pho. It was such a cute little pho but the broth was aromatic, rich, and the brisket had the right about of fattiness. With the bahn mi, it was more than enough food. The service was also amazing. The person at the register was knowledgeable when I asked for recommendations, and he was very kind. This is definitely an unassuming place, but their food is packed with flavor. The fish sauce paired was the perfect amount of sweetness & tanginess I also go the special combination bahn mi which I thought was okay. The bread was not as flakey as I would have liked it. The pickled carrots & daikons were not soaked long enough imo. I tried some of the desserts as well which included a cherry Che & while this was good I wish the jelly was cut up more. This place has gotten a lot better over the years. Their soups are always good and taste authentic. They now added breakfast items and coffee varieties in addition to their drink menu. I love coming here for their banh mi and bakery items. I had a craving for the Bo Kho (beef stew), and the flavors were on point. The beef was tender. The broth was flavorful. It was extra for the noodles. Not sure why a lot of places are skipping the bread. The service is great. The place is clean. The bathrooms are clean. The ambiance is quiet and fast casual. The food portions are good. I always get little desserts to go. They also have some dishes ready-to-go. This is my new go-to place for bahn mi and bahn bao. Once again, I give credit to Yelp for helping me find a great spot. Le Bledo is a shiny clean establishment where you place your orders at the counter. Service is excellent here. For our first visit we went with the chicken banh mi sandwiches. Upon an excellent bread, these were delicious with quality chicken. I also ordered a side called a deep fried banh bun. I loved this baby. Crispy with a tasty delightful filling. I hope Le Bledo's online menu is out of date because it currently does not show this item, only the steamed banh bao. Le Bledo also offers an assortment of pre-made dishes for take-out. I've been craving a true bánh mì for months, so while I was in the area, I decided to check out Le Bledo Eatery--and they definitely did not disappoint. The bánh mì was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor, exactly what I'd been hoping for. The eatery itself is cute and cozy, making it a perfect spot to grab lunch with coworkers or friends. The service was also wonderful. The young lady who took my order was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even better. We had heard good things about Le Bledo and stopped by today for a casual lunch. We started off with summer rolls which were pretty great. However, what really stole the show was the bbq pork bahn mi and the bun rieu (pork and crab noodle soup). The bahn mi was on the most amazing bun, and the pork was so flavorful and juicy. I also don't eat Pho due to it being made from beef broth so I have been looking for an alternative--the bun rieu was just that! The crab was throughout the whole soup and the noodles were the perfect consistency. The pork was on the bone and very tender. The service was incredible! The server/possibly the owner saw my husband and I share our bun rieu, and offered to bring us an extra bowl and spoon so we can split our soup. So kind! Been going here for the past few years and enjoy just stopping in for a quick bite with a bowl of pho. It's more cafeteria style setting, so you order up front and the food is brought out to you. The basil and sprouts are in a bag, so definitely caters more to takeout. They have a number of prepared foods that you can grab and go. What I recently learned is they stop serving in the dining area a half hour before they close, which I found frustrating since the pho doesn't take that long to come out and I can eat it in before they close. read more

This was one of the restaurants that my friend recommended and I wanted to choose this one because I had an exhausting weekend and didn't want to spend time fighting through traffic or looking for parking. I was worried that the bond me would be too ready but I found it had a great balance and I enjoyed it very much. The spring roll was decent and I enjoyed it quite a bit. I've heard from my friend that their pho has a very bold, distinct broth. But very delicious. I was already full from the bond me and the roll so I don't think I had space for anything else at that time But very much looking forward to trying food again. My wife got the oxtail pho. The broth was great but the oxtails were tougher than she likes. I explained that Vietnamese people like their meat a bit chewier. The place is a hidden gem in the middle of Springfield that offers an impressive menu filled with all the Vietnamese favorites. We decided to get a little bit of everything so we ordered all the classic entrees: the Banh Mi Dac Biet, Pho Dac Biet, and Bun Bo Hue. The Banh Mi is excellent and well worth it. The bread is has a crispy bite and soft filling and is packed with a generous amount meat and veggies. Would highly recommend! What a surprise on our way back to NYC I was craving for hot soup and found this place. Definitely Very authentic and love their bakery section. Le Bledo is a family owned restaurant that features a diverse option of Vietnamese food. If I were to dine in here, I'd probably get the Pick 2 Menu as you get Pho + Banh Mi. That's a pretty good deal if you are hungry. Unfortunately, I just got bubble tea here so I can't say much other than that the person at the counter was nice to me and he made my drink without any issues. I just got a lychee drink with rainbow jelly. It was sweet, cold, refreshing and did the job just right. I'll have to come back to try their food. I picked up from here, and the workers were very nice, and the restaurant has good service. The food was quick to come out and they were friendly. However, I did not love the food. I ordered the rice bowl with grilled bbq pork. It was a good portion size, and it felt pretty healthy. But, the meat was on the tougher side, and although it was flavorful, I didn't really enjoy it. The fish sauce was very tasty, and the pickled vegetables were good, and it tasted very fresh. But as a whole dish, it didn't go together very well, and it wasn't an enjoyable meal. While I can see why people may like the food here, as the food tastes fresh and it is flavorful, I did not enjoy what I got. Came here after seeing a post on social media highlighting the variety of options here. It's like DC banh mi except Le Bledo also serves pho and has seating. I tried the banh mi on two occasions and they were both consistent. However, both times I think that they were too salty. The pickled veggies in the sandwich were refreshing. I tried their pho and the broth was also heavily seasoned. There is some construction going on outside right now so the parking lot can get crammed. They also have mobile ordering and a lot of people to take out. When dining in, you order with the staff and they'll bring out your food to your table. There are some mirrors that are hanging on the walls here as part of the decoration. It is a family friendly place and the service is efficient. I recommend trying Le Bledo. read more
