I think Verree Express might be under new ownership. Service was so fast. We opted for pickup instead of delivery and it only took 20 mins for a club sandwich, a panini, fries and a quesadilla. The veggie quesadilla was HUGE (cut into 8 pieces) and was out of this world. I don't think I've enjoyed a quesadilla from a pizzeria as much as I liked this one. Fries were crispy and hot. This may be my first Yelp review because I don't understand how it is okay that the employee on the phone ensured me that the broccoli bites don't have bacon in them but for the second time now, they have bacon in them. It doesn't say it on the menu (because why would a basic broccoli bite have anything besides cheese in it) & I just think it is very dishonest to not only not have it written on the menu but for the employee to say "they are sure" when I expressed that it has happened in the past so I was worried about it happening again. I thought I was crazy the first time this happened but the sorta smokey taste was a giveaway that something was off. I have been ordering here for six years and it has always been good, except for tonight! Ordered two ten piece chicken fingers and asked for them to light cook. Well after receiving them opened the container to find hard, way over cooked chicken fingers that were inedible! Kids nearly choked and I almost broke my tooth! They used to have delicious tenders, but now they switched to this horrible kind! Just beware if you order these kids and young children will not be able to eat them and adults, you better have good, strong teeth. This has become our go to spot for cheesesteaks and fries on a Thursday or Friday evening. They are quite busy but the staff runs everything well. I went to pick up food and it wasn't ready when I got there so I paid l, added a can of coke to my order, and waited about 10-15 minutes for my order. To my surprise and after dealing with at least 15 other orders after ringing me up, on my way out the woman at the counter called out to me as I was exiting to make sure I'd grabbed the soda I'd purchased. Verree express is my go-to wing spot, I've only eaten wings here before, but I decided to get a chicken chaser wrap today too. The wrap was horrible, the chicken was chewy and fatty, seemed like extremely low quality chicken and I'm actually kind of worried I might get sick from it. The wings today were really bad too, that's a first for me from here. The sauce was different and weird, very off putting, and again the chicken wing meat also seemed low quality and chewy. First time I can honestly say that the celery was the best part of the meal. During all of this covid madness, it pains me to leave a bad review for any business but sometimes it's simply necessary. When I ordered the grilled chicken club I asked that the bread be toasted and the fries that it came with be extra well done and crispy thinking that they would survive the trip in the horrible styrofoam container a little better. And they may have if the order hadn't taken over an hour and a half to be delivered. What we got was a soggy everything. Incredibly thick and tasteless chicken breast and soggy, greasy fries. Hasn't anyone ever told the cook to pound a piece of chicken. Makes it so much more tender. Needless to say, 3/4 of the sandwich went into the trash. If I had to say anything good it would be about the wings. Even though they were pretty good it wouldn't be enough to make me call Verree Pizza ever again. I find the pizza to be a-mazing, and the mozzarella fries are always cooked to perfection. **I have literally walked in for takeout and have seen them completely close a particular cooking station to SCRUB it DOWN and CLEAN it !! This was a horrible experience. I was told my order would take 25 minutes. I get there 20 mins later and they said about 15 more. Ok That's fine. 40 minutes later going up for the second time to check on my order they go and look for it and it's ready. I told the manager or whoever it was about how long it took and I wasn't happy his response was You have to wait like everyone else. So I drive home with my order 10 mins away thinking ok at least it will be hot because you know it just got done. No the Pizza is ice cold. The fries are soggy and the mozzarella sticks were mush. Which tells me my order was ready for quite some time. Was thinking about returning everything but didn't want to waste my time. Disgraceful service and food. It is a mix bag. Nice menu however each time I order a hoagie it gets delivered quickly but with ingredients I mentioned not to include. How difficult is make an Italian hoagie without onion and green peppers? Apparently it is difficult for a prrdon who takes the order correctly you pass it on to a person who makes a hoagie. Very consistent with the quality of their food. Large menu and items to select from. Very fast delivery all the time all though usually have to wait a few minutes when picking food up because it's not always ready when they say it will be. I also don't like to pick up because there is always a bunch of kids loitering there so I would definitely recommend having it delivered. Just like with any place there may be a few things that are better from other pizza places. The chicken Parmesan sandwich and broccoli bites are not as good as Quigs. read more

Great staff, huge menu, good food, good prices! Isn't that all that matters really? They make a great pie and really pay attention to special instructions such as "thin or thick crust, well done, extra sauce,and so on". They have excellent wings and awesome wing sauce. I highly recommend them. They have good soups in the winter as well. One thing I've noticed is how fresh their food is. Their chicken is one thing that comes right to mind. No frozen meatballs or hamburgers either, they make them by hand. I never had them deliver as I live close by and pick up but the drivers they have are always rushing in and out. I have never got anything bad in the year or so we have ordered from them. Another thing I feel the need to mention is the place is always clean, even when they are really busy. My total was around 14.00 and I only had a $20. So I said give me back 2.00 please. Well the driver said I don't have change. So I said ok that's fine just keep it.
