It may have the same type of stuffing but has 1/3 the amount of feathers as the one I purchased in Zurich for a similar price. This pillow goes flat instantly, making it more of a decoration now. I have to fold it in half to have any use at all. Frankly, the Costco down pillow for a 10th of the price I have in the guest bedroom is a better product as a pillow goes. I should note that the shell material of the pillow itself is excellent. If they filled it with the proper amount of feathers it would not be a scam.

My friend, cousin, and I were exploring Lido and had grabbed iced drinks from La La Land a few stores down because it was an extremely hot day. We popped into this store and were genuinely excited to look around. We weren't greeted or asked if we needed any help, but I honestly didn't pay much attention to that at first because I was intrigued by the inventory and enjoying looking around. As we made our way toward the back, a man approached us, I'm not sure if he was an employee, manager, or owner, and rather rudely told us not to put our drinks down on the counter. I immediately apologized. We had absolutely no issue respecting that request. My friend then asked him the price of a wallet she was interested in purchasing. He told her the price, but then proceeded to point at the wallet and say to her in an extremely condescending tone, "Do you see what you did from those sugary hands?" He continued making comments about her "sugary fingers" touching the leather. We literally gasped at his comments, her hands were not sugary or sticky. There was a tiny, pea-sized amount of condensation/moisture from holding an iced drink. Regardless, if he was concerned about the merchandise, there were countless respectful and professional ways he could have communicated that. The issue was never being asked to keep our drinks off the counter or to be careful with the merchandise, we completely understand that. It was the way he chose to speak to us. His tone and comments felt unnecessarily belittling and made all three of us extremely uncomfortable. What makes it even more disappointing is that my friend was genuinely interested in purchasing the wallet. We walked in excited to shop and instead left feeling unwelcome and talked down to. Beautiful inventory, but the way you treat people walking into your store matters. You never know who is coming in ready to make a purchase, and no customer should be made to feel uncomfortable or embarrassed simply for browsing your store. Unfortunately, the interaction completely ruined the experience for us, and we will not be returning.

My experience was just top notch as our sales representative was Johanna. She was willing to help with all of the shipping from California to my Hawaii Condo. The furnitures came perfectly and the delivery service was top notch. I was in Asia for work during this time but even with different time zone, the Linea team was very up to game and took care of the entire process with an ease. I was also working with the Hastens team and they even communicated together to get more of combined shipping rate since they are next door to each other. I absolutely love the design and quality of the Ligne Roset Furnitures and they are definitely world class top notch. Thank you Johanna and Linea team. Brad was so open and well versed on all the beds, headboards, types of firmness, etc. I had never selected a bed that would be hand made for me. It was exciting! People spend a lot of money on cars and spend very little time in their car compared to the amount of time they spend in bed. This bed supports my ankle, calves and under my knees. After a catastrophic fall and hip surgery my Vispring bed is like magic. No more stiff back or neck upon waking up, I get the most peaceful luxurious rest. Then I noticed there was a little bit of a sinkhole in the middle so I flipped the mattress and it didn't seem to do much after a couple days so I turned the mattress top to bottom and still nothing seemed to get better now it's been a year and there's about a 3 inch divot in the middle of the bed. I reached out to Vispring and they send a rep out to look at the mattress.. He simply put a string from the middle of bed from the left to right and took a photo and left and it's been a month and I haven't heard anything from anybody no email no text nothing. Now it's so bad. I have to force myself to sleep on the very edge of the bed. What a waste of $8000!!!!!!

The company originally used to deliver the…read moreproduct was done by a third party company who came 1+ hour earlier than the scheduled window, did not call to let us know they would be arriving to our property as they are supposed to do, and did not know how to assemble the sofa. We put in a claim to Minotti since they sold us a sofa that had a defect where the sofa frames color were stripped away when the delivery company removed the protective layers overlaying those metal areas. The process had been smooth where they notified me (12/16/20) a date they would come out to replace the frames (12/22/20) where I also confirmed with them that date worked same day and they were MIA in communication till 12/28/20 where we were no longer there. I tried to confirm this appointment on 12/18/20 as well with 2 emails and they were never replied till 12/28/20 when they set aside a new date to come on out where they should have coordinated with us since we were out of town. We emailed them about this matter and got a response still with no apology for ignoring our original appointment and emails about this matter and blamed on the third-party company!! No responsibility whatsoever by this company! And even thrown in the last email that they been holding our products for over half a year which was not the right amount to begin with since we had to make some delays with COVID or to state we had made "last minute changes" when we asked for a sofa as the exact way in their showroom! They conveniently forgot that we had never made one complaint that the sofa took longer to built (5 months opposed to the stated time from purchase) and we never once mentioned this. If you want a company to blame customers or third-parties for mistakes, buy here.
