It also tastes like actual coffee. Other coffee shops around Woodside is either a bit or too sour, bitter, and weak. It does get a bit busy at times which can get a bit difficult to get a seat. Though they have food, I mainly concentrate on the coffee as I've never order anything else. They also have some souvenirs from Tibet to browse through. Definitely a good place for some coffee when passing through Woodside.

I've done both to go and stay, and I love the cups they serve the drinks in. Their matcha and cold brew are my usual go-tos, but what makes this place so exceptionally special is that it's also a cultural shop, selling and showcasing Tibetan craft goods and culture to the younger generation - something you don't really see much, especially being in the largest Tibetan diaspora in the US. Plenty of good seating, and I especially appreciate the signs on some tables that enforce no laptops or other forms of media to minimize loitering, which you'll see all the time at certain tables.

I think maybe because the this was sitting chilled/refrigerated for a while the top craquelin layer wasn't quite crispy anymore, though it looked nice. Personally it was a bit too much regular whipped cream, would've preferred more of a taro pastry cream. - mango pudding with fresh mango $6.50 mango flavor in the pudding was light though it was a nice tease of flavor. The texture was on the firmer side for puddings. The mangos were a bit oxidized though tasted ok, maybe glaze them or do something to maintain the color? The decor is fun and pays homage to Colombian culture which I appreciated. Their specials menu had an Iced Banana Latte which is totally up my alley so I decided to try it. I usually get a latte with a syrup and I assumed this was exactly that - a banana syrup. Unfortunately, it was more like a frappe where the espresso, banana, and milk was blended together. I think it's misleading to call it a latte as it wasn't what I was expecting. And for ~$9, I just expected more richness from the espresso but the milk was just overpowering. Even based on the appearance, it was very milky/foamy rather than coffee or banana-forward. If I find myself back here, I'll probably go for their classic coffees instead.

I would have preferred it with cream cheese instead of butter (it would make more sense given the lox, imo) and the bread was kind of stale. However, the eggs, avocado, and tomato were delicious. The person taking our orders was really nice, and the place is cute. Definitely recommend!
