We went back and forth about price, then he told me he would match price if I show him the quote. Maybe he should have spoke up 2 days ago,and said that. He might have got the job. Not now!!! That's when, if he wanted the business he should have said, hey I will match your current quote.. But instead he tried to justify his estimate," stating " that's a lot of house you got". Why didn't he just ASK me to move them, or ask if HE could move them? They were on a very wide ledge and to me did not interfere with his access to the window glass (I took photos). Through my recommendation, I have gotten Thomas Cleaning many clients over the years.
