Let's start off by saying these are some of the cooler guys I've met around the area. I didn't go in to buy a motorcycle, or motorcycle apparel, but the thing I do like about this shop that I utilized was their service of renting out a Vespa for the Class M DMV test. It's $50 for all the practice you want, then they escort you (on another bike) to the DMV for the test. They're incredibly helpful with every aspect of it. I never rode a motorcycle in my life, but 30 minutes after getting on that bike, they built me up to a level where I passed the test. Again, awesome people, awesome business, and as soon as the finances allow, I'm heading over there for a bike of my own (I try to avoid dealerships like the plague, so this is saying something). Also, they don't only carry Vespas. I spotted a Harley Sportster and a few Royal Enfields which perked my interest. read more

Do not get a vehicle from them or take it there for servicing. I took it in Jun 28th 2013, still haven't gotten it back it's Nov 29th 2013, I have called them more than 100 times and have only had a single call back. I called after the 3 weeks. No call back for 2 weeks. I don't know how they stay in business. No follow through. If they order a part they never check on it. Replaced my muffler under warranty, then it broke the next day, have it back to them. 5 weeks later they hadn't told the warranty people at lance. Just completely ridiculous. Called better business bureau, they would not return there calls either Now Vernon is mad at me because I contacted state's attorney's office. it got them to at least respond. first time ever. they started they contacted me several times. my phone records don't show any calls from them. if they couldn't contact me they had me address they could have wrote a letter. never did that until state's attorney's office got involved read more

Vernon at Moto Italia replaced the gas tank on my V7 racer under warranty (400 miles on the bike) and it now leaks gas profusely onto the engine making it unable to be ridden. After the warranty repair it was transported by truck to my home and the first time I tried to ride it it had the leak upon starting it. I am thus unable to ride it to the dealer; he refuses to come get the bike and fix his mistake which is a massive safety hazard. Further, he ignores my calls and when he does answer he hangs up on me once he realizes that I am calling. I would never purchase a bike or go to them for any sort of maintenance due to their inability to perform basic tasks as well as a blatant disregard for quality, customer service, and even as far as safety of their customers. I am filing complaints with the attorney general, BBB, Moto Guzzi and personally filing suit against them. read more
