I later returned and worked with Michael on a full fitting because I was looking to move into graphite shafts due to hand discomfort in my current irons. He did a great job taking that into account and walking me through different club and shaft combinations. What impressed me was that he was also noticing things in my swing and giving me pointers along the way that were immediately helping me make better contact. But they suggested getting a used replacement which was newer than 25 years old and better technology! One of the staff helped find one that was closest to my old club, Taylor Made 54 degree. Cost only $50 which was much cheaper than a reshaft. They even offered to take it back if I didn't like it. Loved the new club and worked great but is now my 90 yard club...old age you know.

Again, this is a warranty claim and they want to take the clubs for 2 weeks and that's bs. I will never use taylormade again because they don't think about the customer for nothing. Their warranty page on their website was down for the longest time and is I pay our of pocket to get them fixed again they will send me 2 dozen tp5 balls to cover the cost.
