My family and I brought our dog Icey here for check-ups. Since she was diagnosed with heart failure we had to go back often to make sure she was okay. Dr. Binkowski was absolutely amazing. She called us often to check up on her and this truly made us feel that she cared. Unfortunately we had to put our Icey down and we cannot express how helpful this vet made us feel during this process. We feel grateful to have had such a great team to work with. Thank you

Dr. Binkowski is a compassionate veterinarian who takes as much time as necessary. They have been caring for my animals for 20 years.

He LOVES this practice and cries in the car when we get here for me to HURRY AND LET HIM OUT SO HE CAN GO IN. He can't wait to get inside to get all the love they shower him with. All the vet techs and administrators are excellent. Dr. Diane always does what she can for him and all the dogs, and if she can't help, she makes the proper recommendations to go elsewhere. I won't take my dogs anywhere else, even if she is a "tell-it-like-it-is" person.

It was like a stab to their already broken heart. 1. The cat was not neglected. The cat was loved, pampered, fed, petted and played with for 18 years and then recently it started sleeping all day, not grooming itself and not even formerly favorite foods could tempt it to eat. 2. My in-laws are elderly (80s!) and rarely drive their car anymore, so even getting to the vet takes an effort. 3. The cat had always fought getting in the crate to go to the vet and this was part of the reason they put it off--they didn't want to further traumatize it. (Plus, who wants to face it that this could be goodbye?) 4. The vet implied that my in laws could have saved its life if they were willing to spend the money. I would not recommend this vet to anyone. They lack human compassion.

We called ahead and explained the situation and were assured due to the seriousness (as she was in much pain) her care would be prioritized. Upon arrival, the staff had a table all ready for us, and immediate action was taken to prep her for examination. It was respectfully, professionally, and tactfully communicated to us the exact diagnosis our cat was under, along with the reasons why that conclusion could be made. Unfortunately it was a fatal condition and nothing could be done besides relieving her pain. She lived a long and happy life of 18 years. Despite the outcome, the staff was empathetic and supportive during the process and afterwards. The loss of a pet is never easy, but the way the situation was handled was the best it could have been. Thank you to all the staff working yesterday evening.

A wonderful nurse immediately checked the kittens and found one had dangerously low blood sugar. Unfortunately, after waiting over an hour and half Dr. Alexander Bingham told us our kitten had no chance of survival and strongly recommended euthanasia, saying she would die within hours and nothing will help her. We refused to give up. Another doctor gave the kitten corn syrup, and she became more responsive almost immediately. He came again saying that its agony movements... We took her home, kept her warm, bottle-fed (that we bought in petsmart) her, and today she is completely healthy and thriving ALIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That same day, my cat was later diagnosed with a deceased kitten still inside her. Dr. Alexander Bingham repeatedly pushed for emergency surgery and spaying.Wheny I asked why spaying he said "it's just how I work". However, after receiving oxytocin, she naturally delivered the kitten herself just before surgery, making the procedure unnecessary. She also made a full recovery. The bright spot of our experience was nurse Amanda R. Anette, whose kindness, compassion, and empathy meant everything during one of the hardest days of our lives. My biggest disappointment was Dr. A.Bingham's lack of empathy, poor communication and speaking faster than you can hear. Absolutely willingness to give up so quickly and trying KILL instead treating. Instead of offering hope or discussing all possible options, he immediately recommended euthanasia for a kitten that is alive and healthy today because of mine and my fiancee stubbornness. I am incredibly grateful for the nurses and the second doctor (I don't know her name) who gave my pets a chance. Without them, the outcome could have been very different. I would never forget her words (might not work but it's worth trying).
