We called at least 10 vets on Saturday morning (Labor day weekend) and no one would try and fit her in because we weren't a regular patient. We were getting ready to give up and head to the pricey Emergency Vet (even though it wasn't an emergency) when the last vet we called, Green Bay Animal Hospital, agreed to see us. I was not properly greeted and the manner in which the young women went about gathering information is in need of refinement. Furthermore, the waiting area is very small. Consequently, I was forced to listen to these young people babble on and on about some inane thing... videos they liked on some online service. The vet tech, too, with here arms covered with tattoos, could stand to undergo additional communications training.
