They didn't blink an eye. they said they would take care of his ear infection in addition to giving him his routine shots. Dr. Kelsi was there and they took care of the ear infection and his routine shots. They did not make us come back for the ear infection . They are the best of the best of the best. We recommend them to everyone!!

I am 4 months into a UTI issue with one of my dogs and they cannot give me a solution that works, we've tried 3 different kinds of antibiotics and I have made the infection impossible to treat now. The correct approach looking back was to do a full urinalysis and know exactly the type of bacteria so we could target it correctly out of the gate. They didn't suggest that until we had 2 full failed rounds and then when we did the test their lab left the urine out too long and got inconclusive results. Nonetheless, I continued on with round 3 of antibiotics, finished it last week and the dog is peeing in the house again today. Taking him to another vet now and looking back this process just makes me furious. I've spent close to 10k on visits, medicine, new food, supplies for my house and I had to get new floors... all without even having a solution. People should know about my experience and I hope no one else has one similar.

I thought I had found the Vet Clinic for my 4 year old dog. My first few visits were awesome…read more Doctor and her staff were really good and informative. She diagnosed and a treatment plan was to give him a series of Adequan shots. I paid for 8 injections up front and then during this series of injections, there was a billing discrepancy. All over a the number of shots my dog received. I'm talking about one $67.35 shot! On my second to last time there, I went through it with the nice young ladies up front and thought we had it straitened out. Then, my next visit, the discrepancy came up again. They gave me a print out summary and it was all jacked up. Showing 2 shots given at one appointment, not showing another appointment and on and on. Then, the "Manger" (Hunter), came out with attitude (as he had in previous visits too). I feel like he went out of his way to make sure it was my mistake, not his (or the clinics), and have me corrected. I was upset and I asked them to refund me for the number of shots they believe I was owed. They refunded me for one less shot than I believe I had paid for. Then, they had the nerve to send me a certified letter saying they didn't want to do business with me!! LOL! As a customer/ patient, I think his persistence in saying I'm wrong and he's right about the billing is ridiculous! I'm the customer (it's not about the stupid $67). What's a shame is, it's not about the clinic and the majority of the staff, it's about one over zealous employee.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. We started bringing out pets here about a year…read moreand a half ago after spending some time with another vet in the area - Alliance is not the cheapest, but it's definitely not the most expensive, and they really care about your pets. The first time I came I brought my older big dog, and Dr. B(rashear) spent extra time with me answering all my questions about my dog and even my other cats. Dr. Arendt is the sweetest, he took care of my kitties and made me feel better about my little rescue's heart murmur. And then there's Dr. O'Gorman. Dr. O'Gorman is like the frontline medic of the vetinary world. The Owen Hunt of small mammals. My oldest kitty had a reaction to her rabies vaccine last year, and I had to bring her for a last-minute visit to see Dr. O'Gorman, who was the only one free. He is efficient and no-nonsense, gave her a steroid shot and meds, and didn't charge us a thing. My dog had to have two large teeth extracted and as I was leaving, the vet tech said, "Dr. O'Gorman will be performing the procedure." Hell yeah. You can't go wrong with this place - even the front desk staff and techs are delightful, and they will spend as long as you need reviewing quotes, meds, and any questions you have. I'm happy to call Alliance our home vet!

Vets at Alliance told me my dog had arthritis but a subsequent vet found NO signs of arthritis…read more They also tried to treat my dog for tick disease when she had been treated for tick disease already. They tried to tell me my pet tested positive for tick disease antibodies. It was clear they had not looked at her chart in that she had prior antibody titers for tick disease. I have now left them to go to a more reliable vet, who tells the truth.
