No refund, no nothing. She tells me- I need to work with Maytag- which I have and work with Warner's Stellian repair department- which I have. She apologized for the frustrating situation. Frustrating? Yeah, I would say more than frustrating. This is the WORST experience buying appliances/customer experience. They do not care. They have my thousands of dollars for the appliances and have washed their hands of it. I wish I would've read the yelp reviews before buying from them. We bought 3 major appliances from here years ago and had no issues. Warner's has gone downhill. I think the intent of the replies on yelp from the business owner, is to make it look like they care and are going to help, but they don't. I had to give 1 star in order to post the review. Otherwise, it would be zero or below the bar.

Called repair and someone can't come out to look at it until next week Monday. Asked for a replacement as I'm not comfortable with an appliance that never worked to begin with....they said they didn't know if they can do that. Looking at other reviews, defective products seem to be a pattern of this store. Too bad because customer service was excellent before. Will keep you posted if anything gets done about this.

They came to our home and took a look at a pipe that we thought might have to be moved to facilitate the installation of a new dishwasher. After taking a look they told us that it wasn't really necessary and didn't charge us for the trip out. Finally, they installed a new kitchen faucet for us today after calling yesterday afternoon. We had gotten another quote and they came in significantly under that. The installer was on time, friendly and professional. He explained in detail what he was doing as he did it and completed the entire process in about 45 minutes. And the price quote upfront was what it ended up being on the final bill. After dealing with other vendors that always seemed to be trying to upsell me, it couldn't have been a better experience. If you live in their service area I HIGHLY recommend calling them first if you have plumbing problems. I have a thing for fast, honest, quality service.

Our normal plumber wasn't available and we couldn't find anyone that could come to take care of that before we left town until we contacted Sparrow. Came out that day and given the age of the heater we knew a new was gonna happen. And yeah, I'm the type thats suspicious of a craftsman that has immediate availability. Its usually for a reason. He came in and hauled the old one out and installed the new one and we haven't had any issues with it in the four months since the install. I had already researched what the price "should" be and he was in line with that. A bit of a talker, but cool, professional and did a quality job. Very happy with the result. Would use again.

The team at Metro Heating and Cooling was able to bring someone over to diagnose the issue, then bring a team over and complete the install of a new furnace within one day, working until after 7 pm because they said they were not going to leave us without heat for a night. Our annual main sewer line cleanout was $380 (a fraction of what we've had to pay for emergency services in the past, SUCH a deal) - we live in an area where our pipes are made of clay, so roots grow through the pipes and we need to get them cleared out regularly. We are going through a lot right now - we have an infant, I am postpartum, and our house is a mess right now, but the technician took it in stride and even talked with us about their kids. I attempted to contact about six different plumbers. Roto Rooter accommodated me right away, while the other plumbers were not available or did not respond to my attempts to contact them. We arranged a visit from 10 to 2 pm the next day. I signed up for the app and found my visit registered there along with a small cash discount coupon, which I used. The next morning, I received a call offering even earlier service, but I failed to answer and so missed that opportunity. Then mid-morning I received a free visit from their water cleanup person, who explained the nature of my spill and how to dry out the carpet. He did not try to sell me anything or charge for his visit and provided much useful information. At 2 pm, Roto Rooter called and said my plumber would arrive soon. Andrew arrived at 2:30 pm, quickly diagnosed the problem, created a permanent solution and offered good advice on avoiding future problems. I will indeed follow his good advice. In short, no other plumber came within miles of Roto Rooter in responsiveness, helpfulness and providing a permanent solution to the problem. Five stars indeed!
