Just an update. I finally heard back from Julie W. after a few weeks and me reaching out to her again for an update . Basically, she "looked into it" and there is nothing that she can do. No refund, no nothing. She tells me- I need to work with Maytag- which I have and work with Warner's Stellian repair department- which I have. She apologized for the frustrating situation. Frustrating? Yeah, I would say more than frustrating. This is the WORST experience buying appliances/customer experience. They do not care. They have my thousands of dollars for the appliances and have washed their hands of it. I wish I would've read the yelp reviews before buying from them. We bought 3 major appliances from here years ago and had no issues. Warner's has gone downhill. I think the intent of the replies on yelp from the business owner, is to make it look like they care and are going to help, but they don't. I had to give 1 star in order to post the review. Purchased a brand new Kitchen Aid refrigerator and had it installed by them yesterday. Does not cool... it was dead on arrival. Called repair and someone can't come out to look at it until next week Monday. Asked for a replacement as I'm not comfortable with an appliance that never worked to begin with....they said they didn't know if they can do that. Looking at other reviews, defective products seem to be a pattern of this store. Too bad because customer service was excellent before. The lack of communication after selling a lemon washer has been less than ideal. Washer broke and needed to be replaced after 3 loads. A different company came out to fix as Warners Stellian does not stand behind the products they sell and we will be choosing another appliance vendor for any other appliance purchases in the future. Customer service is completely lacking and "talked down" to my wife, which was the last straw. Do not waste your time with this company. read more

We've purchased appliances for the kitchen for years. Every time we need a repair, we go call, and do not get a call back. Eventually, after a few days, we get a call to schedule a repair appointment. The service person arrives, and tell us the appliance is broken! Then orders a part, which will arrive in 2 weeks or so. Then they schedule an appointment when the part arrives, and that is at least a week out. Then, the appliance breaks again. Repeat this cycle. Why continue to buy from a company with such terrible service??? A one-star review is too many stars. read more

Two more appliances have outlived their usefulness. Twice I've stopped here and a stove would be two weeks out for delivery, and just last night, I stopped in. If I could I would give them less than 1. I do not write reviews normally if I have nothing nice to say but this company is horrible. We bought an entire kitchen applicance set and a new washer and dryer a year ago. Once bought and paid for they were less than helpful with delivery set up and actual arrival of appliances you pay thousands for. Now a year later one of the appliances is malfunctioning and they couldn't even get us in to repair it, they said they would have to try and find an outside repair company and wouldn't even bother trying to help with the manufacturer and the warranty that was 1 day over the end date. I've never written a bad review of a company, ever. But Warners' Stellian has been worse than awful; they've been downright abusive. We bought a new appliance. It broke. No big deal, things happen. But for over two months we've had to call every week to see about repairs. We had the repair guy blame the outlet it was plugged in to. Then he blamed a faulty part. Last he blamed the appliance maker for suggesting the wrong part. Calls to the store result in apologies but no action. Now they result in us being told to talk to the appliance company directly. We swallowed the whole "we're a nice, family owned business" bait hook, line, and sinker. They're not. I'm sorry I didn't come to Yelp earlier and see the 1.5 star average review. My fault. We just bought several new appliances for our kitchen, cooktop, oven, and refrigerator. We worked with Tanya and everything went smoothly. We did some research online to determine which brands we wanted to target. A visit to the store allowed us to see the actual appliance or something close to it. Tanya let us know that if we lock in and watch the pricing, if a lower price is tagged we simply call her and she will give us the lower price. We did do this during the Labor Day sale and got several hundred dollars off our total. Our appliances were delivered without issue. We do have a panel of our oven that has a broken clip and it's in process of being replaced. We also were able to take advantage of the Dakota County energy saving rebate which I will see on my next bill. Good experience overall. read more

On 12-17-24 we purchased all our new home construction build appliances from Warners Stellian and paid $15,518.59 with an additional $400.00 for the appliances to be delivered to us in 3 months when needed for our electrician and plumber. (With new construction builds it is crucial to have appliances when requested so they can be installed correctly by electricians/plumbers.) Date the product was only PARTIALLY delivered was 3-17-25. What the business committed to us upon sale: our product ordered would be available when requested, no waiting, no backorders, etc. - that they would hold everything for us until delivery was requested. What the business actually did: on 3-17-25 the delivery personnel brought our appliances purchased in full EXCEPT the dishwasher which was a huge shock to us to say the least. We immediately called the sales person about it; he began blaming the manufacturer about a product backorder. However, we paid in full for the product and had it set aside for us according to the sales person and was told all items were in stock. Now they changed their tune and the sales person said it will take OVER A MONTH to get us a dishwasher. HE NEVER EVEN CALLED US to inform us that it wouldn't be delivered. He NEVER OFFERED AN APOLOGY or SOLUTION to what he did and brought up many excuses and even went to the extent of trying to make us feel sorry for HIM for not getting his commission on our sale on time. We had to do countless follow up calls on our own to find out where and when our product would come in. We ended up finding out, again on our own, when the dishwasher was in a warehouse in St. Paul, not being told by our sales person at all. We had to drive a 4 hour round trip to get the dishwasher on our own on 4-19-25. This whole scenario cost us a tremendous amount of extra money delaying the completion of our home build and paying for a plumber to come out a second time from when he was originally scheduled. If you go down the wrong path of making a purchase from this company, you can expect: (1) appalling customer service, (2) having the company take your money and not be able to give you product you've paid for when you need it, (3) lie to you and not have accountability for lying, (4) drop all professionalism after they receive your money and wash their hands of you, (5) never apologize for the wrongs they commit, (6) not offer refunds for services not rendered, (7) and never call you with updates or let you know what is going on. I will leave reviews anywhere I can online for others to know what they are stepping into if dealing with Warners Stellian. The bittersweet ending is we have such a unique custom build in our new home construction; the builders are sending many people to our house to look at it before they begin building with our particular builder. I now get to be the first one to tell every single person the builder sends our way to stay away from Warners Stellian - I will share our unfortunate experience with them so they never have to go through what we went through. read more

a Absolutely worthless. Wanted to buy a dishwasher, called, and salesperson said I needed to pay online. There was no pay online option so I called back as I wanted to prepay so my son could pick it up. She said they couldn't process over the phone but if I gave my sons name, and sent my debit card & drivers license, they'd run it when he arrived. He got there and they refused to run my card, saying it was 'illegal'. I CashApped him the $, so he could use his card & but it. Then they said, the dishwasher is here, but we can't sell it to you because it's not even online, we don't know how your mom even saw it. I sent him the website screenshot, but they refused to sell it. Then they said we could come back in a few days to see if it was still there. They said that they needed to close & made my son leave. This company has the absolute worst customer service. I purchased a brand new wall double over from here. It broke the first week we got it, then to get it fixed took two weeks. It broke again after a week and now I haven't had any answers for two months on when they will be able to get my part in or just completely replace the appliance. I'm not sure how they think it's acceptable to allow a family to not have an oven for two months. They have no urgency and do not make things right for their customers. I'm shocked at the absolutely putrid experience I've had with this formerly solid provider of appliances. Bought a new Frigidaire refrigerator 6 MONTHS ago and it started having problems within a week of delivery. Crisper drawers (20 of unit space) started freezing everything solid and ice maker didn't work right. Service people came and didn't have the right part. Different person came weeks later and didn't know what wasn't working and couldn't fix. Different service tech came again and again and again. Always had the wrong part or needed a different part. Countless visits, never the right part. Scheduled then cancelled visits at the last minute. I've taken inordinate time from work to be here for something they can never seem to fix. Beyond frustrating and I'll never buy anything from them again. read more

I would post less than one star negative if possible. The delivery crew came and delivered half the appliances. Then continued to drive on the side of my house destroying the final grade. Then when they got stuck in the mud. They took the custom wood paddles I made with exotic wood to dig out and put  under the tires. That didn't work so they had to get towed out. When I got to the house I saw what was happening and asked what the hell they are doing. As they chain smoked their cigarettes the delivery employees told me to calm down. When I spoke with them to pay for the damages they told me I am blowing it out of proportion and lying about the incident. I have eyewitness and pictures to prove the damage and invoices from the excavator. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Extremely unprofessional in all facets of business. They also try contacting me from a gmail account. have no idea if that is actually Warner Stellian or who it is. I am so disappointed in Warners Stellian, and the customer service that I received from them. I purchased 4 Beko appliances, and it has been a nightmare. They completely misrepresented the quality and features of these appliances. I was told that the gas cooktop had a safety feature where you had to push down to turn the knobs and the knobs would turn blue. I was told that if the knob was turned and the flame was out that the gas would shut off. The gas does not shut off if the flame is not present, and 2 knobs turn freely - a gross misrepresentation of this product. The dishwasher was not installed properly and has a problematic control panel. It is difficult to start it, and even more difficult to restart if opened. It will randomly shut off after it has been started and I will get up in the morning to dirty dishes. The double wall oven has a timer that can only be heard about 2 feet from the unit, and now the control panel has issues. The refrigerator is a total mess. The water dispenser leaks, the left door will not shut properly, the refrigerator is frosting up in the back, freezer is also frosting up, and is off by 15 degrees. I was told these were high end appliances, a gross misrepresentation. I called WS about the issues, and was told that they would not help me with warranty work and was told to contact Beko directly. I reached out to Beko and spent a great deal of time giving serial numbers and details of all of the problems and was told I would be contacted. After a number of weeks I had not heard from anybody. I reached back out to WS and was told that they would reach out to Beko to expedite things. Again, I heard from no one. I reached out to WS again to speak to a manager and was told someone would contact me. That someone turned out to be a WS representative offering their assistance IF I purchased an expensive extended warranty. I declined. I finally heard from a company that handles Beko warranties, and eventually, a repairman came out. After looking at each appliance, he agreed there were issues, but was unable to resolve them due to "design flaws". Since then, I have been trying to work with WS for a resolution and have been repeatedly lied to. When they say they will call back, they do not. When they say I will hear from someone with Beko, I do not. The customer service has been terrible, and their idea of a resolution is not acceptable. It broke down and it has been a month we have been waiting for parts with no end in sight and no refrigerator. I was on the phone with a representative name Johnathan begging for a loan refrigerator this morning. He rudely hung up on me. We had a very poor experience at WS. We ordered a refrigerator, based on our measurements. The salesman said it would fit. We paid extra for a speedy delivery. The delivery men came, said it wouldn't fit. One of the delivery men opened the box on the truck. We returned to WS, ordered a different fridge. Our salesperson said we would be charged a restocking fee because we had the box opened, which was not true. The delivery person made that decision. He said he would have his manager Heather call us on Sunday. Never happened. On Monday the salesperson called and said we would have to pay the restocking fee of $300. The second fridge was suppose to be in our possession on Wed. On Tues. a voice message was left to say we would not get it until Thurs. We ended up canceling the order. Warner Stellen reimbursed us but still charged the $300. BUYER BEWARE. The salesperson said "we are a family store, you won't get this service by another big box store." What service!!? No honoring of a speedy delivery which we paid extra for, no contact by the manager. We never received paperwork on the purchase. I am leaving the name of the salesperson off as he was nice and we wish him well in working for such a disorganized, deceitful store. read more

We bought a whirlpool convection microwave at this store in spring 2021. Adding in the "iron clad" warranty they peddled it exceeded $1000. 13 months after install there's a big crack in the front and bottom of the door. warranty doesn't cover, Whirlpool won't fix and the store says "too bad ... it looks bad but doesn't affect the functionality" so they won't do anything. I went in to the Apple Valley store to purchase a built in microwave with specific measurements and pictures of space. The salesman told me the GE would fit and didn't mention anything about it not fitting or that it wasn't returnable. We brought it home and it was too small for the space (which he had the specs). I brought it in to be returned and the trim kit was unopened. They took back the microwave but would not return the trim kit that was $180. The manager was rude and basically said it was my job to make sure the specs were right, not the salesman. I now am stuck with a $180 trim kit that I have no use for. I went to another appliance place down the road and had much better service and ended up buying a refrigerator and built in mini fridge that had also gone out. I will never shop at Warner Stellian again and will strongly tell anyone looking for appliances to stay clear. read more

I Bought all brand new LG appliances all with the extended warranty's for my new home in 2016 everything has been working great until 6 weeks ago my refrigerator stopped cooling. After multiple service calls and multiple replaced parts and multiple requests to have it replaced I'm still stuck with no working refrigerator. We purchased a new dishwasher, microwave and range in October 2023. From the install there were issues with the range and the dishwasher. We had multiple service visits - one, the technician didn't have the part, the next visit, the wrong part was in the box. The third visit, the part was broken. The fourth time, he figured out the part didn't fix the problem, the problem was a setup issue. (This was all with the range.) Every time they left our house it was WEEKS Before we heard back. Most recently, they were out in January to "fix" something that was identified in an earlier visit, and in the meantime identified a NEW issue with this BRAND NEW RANGE! Of course, he had to "order the part" and guess what? We still haven't heard from them. The range was installed in October 2023. It is February and we can't use the convection feature and the thermostat on the oven doesn't work, so you have to set the temp higher to get the temp you want. It doesn't even get to 500 when set at the hottest setting. The dishwasher also took 2 months to resolve, multiple visits, and finally GE did a warranty replacement. We will NEVER buy appliances here again and would recommend shopping elsewhere if you're in the market for new appliances! read more

We met with a sales person who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the appliances we were interested in. We set up a delivery date three weeks ahead of time for the 3 appliances we wanted: fridge, range and over the range microwave. I called their delivery team three or four times the week prior to delivery to ensure delivery time for my installation person. I called the day before installation and was informed that the previous day my delivery date was moved ahead one week! No one bothered to inform me of this move. Over the past 28 years we have purchased 3 refrigerators, 1 oven, 2 cooktops, 2 OTR microwaves, and 2 dishwashers from Warner's Stellian. This year we bought a new washer and dryer set and they are the last thing we will ever buy from Warner's Stellian. As long as your appliances all work properly everything is fine. But if you have any problems at all they are horrible to deal with. We paid WS to install the LP conversion kit on our dryer and paid for delivery and installation of the washer and dryer. Installation was on January 4 and because of the cold weather we waited 24 hours before running the appliances so they could warm to room temperature. On the first run of the new dryer on day 2, we knew something was wrong. The flame sounds aggressive and runs for 20 seconds, shuts off and then turns on 2 minutes later and repeats. It takes over 1.5 hours to dry a normal load of clothes. We called WS that day and said this doesn't sound correct. It took awhile but the service department finally called us back. They did not want to send anyone out and we went back and forth for 2 weeks. We sent them a video, they asked a few questions, and then they told us the dryer was operating normally. We were very skeptical of this but didn't know what else to do at that point. We had a vacation planned for the end of January so we let this dryer issue go for a bit. Early February we had a repair tech (not Warner's Stellian) out to look at our refrigerator and asked him to listen to the dryer and tell us if it sounded normal to him. He said it was not normal, but he did not work on that brand, so we could not hire him to fix it. We called WS again the next day to tell them that this other tech believed something was wrong with the dryer. At that point, WS told us that since we elected not to purchase their over priced extended warranty they would no longer help us because we were one day past the 30 day window they are obligated to help us. They told us we had to go through the brand for repair work now. So we call the brand, they set us up with a repair appointment. This tech agrees there is definitely a problem He thinks it might be a certain valve and orders the part. Another month goes by, we have the part, a different tech shows up to put in valve but he thinks the issue is the LP conversion wasn't done right so he won't put in the valve and he can't work on the conversion kit. So now we have another appointment in another month and no guarantees that the dryer will get fixed. We called Warner's Stellian one more time today because they did the LP conversion kit and they still won't come out and look at it. It has been 3 months and we don't have a properly working dryer. All this could have been avoided if WS had just come out when we first called them with our issue. Instead they kept putting us off and telling us the appliance was working normally until they got us out of the 30 day window so they would not have to fix our dryer. We are in the process of a full kitchen remodel. We will be buying all new appliances, but not from Warner's Stellian. read more

I am appalled with the way my situation has been handled. I am a repeat customer and have purchased appliances here in the past. The last time, I didn't make a huge fuss when they delivered an electric stove instead of the gas one I had ordered. This time however I am disgusted with the lack of service or urgency for my issue. I ordered all new kitchen appliances-dishwasher, microwave, stove, and refrigerator in November. Due to the holiday rush, I had to wait until Jan. 2 for the delivery. Upon delivery, the service guys who were very friendly admittedly took much longer than anticipated for the install, and I had to leave. They assured me that they would lock up and not to worry. When I returned I saw that my hardwood floors were scratched up, but I didn't even get overly worked up assuming I would notify them and they would take care of it if needed. The bigger issue was that when I went to turn on my stove for the FIRST time, there was a pop and an explosion, and the oven didn't even come on. Brand new, It NEVER worked. That was on a Wednesday. I called, they couldn't come back out. No one came Thursday. They came on Friday and the service associate told me it could NOT be fixed, it would need to be replaced. Friday, I placed multiple calls-no response or communication about how or when my stove would be replaced. Meanwhile, I've not been able to cook for my family. Today, I was very animated and upset about this and the first person I spoke with responded with "wow" as if to say I wasn't justified. When the lady from the service department called me, she told me they needed to "submit a request to the company that would then have to be approved. The request would take 1-3 business days and if not approved it could only be serviced by their employees". I told her that regardless of the manufacturer policy, I purchased this brand new item from Warner's Stellian and that they should replace it regardless-she disagreed. I explained this was NOT acceptable as their service employee stated that it could not be fixed. She continued to speak over me repeating her script and when I became upset and animated (justifiably so in my opinion) she hung up on me! Prior to this experience I constantly recommended this company. Now I would suggest you do your homework in advance! Don't end up in a situation like me with a stove that never worked, waiting in limbo to find out if it can even be replaced. BUYER BEWARE!!! read more

We just moved in to our place and had a brand new washer from Warner's Stellian. Found out the first weekend at our new place this brand new washer was not working. We waited a whole week for them to come out and they said the motor was not working. They told us the parts will be in the follow Friday. It has been almost three weeks since they came out and still no parts and no working washer. We have follow up multiple times and still no real answers, just stated that they are still waiting for parts! I mean does it really take almost 3 weeks just for parts?!? If I had a choice, I would never purchase from them and I would definitely be encouraging my friends and family to NOT purchase anything from them as their parts team and customer service are horrible. Bought a dishwasher that failed after 11 months. Had to spend hours on the phone with GE and warner stellion to get it fixed. Was told 3 weeks for repair (over major summer holiday). Then demanded repair. GE agreed to replace dishwasher. Major scheduling problems, removal and installation with warner. Dishwasher finally replaced. First time using did not work. Unreal! Warner came and tech inspected. Waited another 3 weeks for service with rancid water in bottom of dishwasher. Scooped out what I could. Finally serviced and the install tech never plugged in drain motor. Second warner tech did not check it so was missed again! So was without dishwasher for almost 2 months. Warner stellion techs were incompetent. Management from warner staff was rude And not sympathetic. Will never buy from again! read more

Would definitely not recommend Warners Stellian. Purchased a full kitchen set of appliances that were delivered about 3 weeks ago. The refrigerator started to get cold a couple hours after delivery, so we took all our food out of the coolers and put it in the fridge. The next morning, the fridge was 58 degrees inside. Called the store immediately and they sent out a tech the next day- not repairable. Now we're stuck waiting for 2-6 weeks for a new fridge to be ordered. Warners Stellian has repeatedly stated they would have covered food loss costs if we had purchased the extended warranty. This is NOT a warranty issue- they sold and installed a faulty fridge that never worked. Some one in the business office also stated to my husband that it is GE's problem and we should be contacting them- I could have saved a lot of money buying directly through GE but chose Warners Stellian because I thought they were a local business that would stand behind their sale, I was clearly wrong. Our salesperson is MIA since delivery, won't return calls or emails. Extremely disappointed and won't buy from or recommend Warners Stellian to anyone. read more

I've been a long time customer of Warners Stellian but I'm moving on. I see no advantage of them over a big box store. The store personnel themselves are helpful and knowledgeable but their service department is entirely rude and unhelpful. I purchased a replacement dual wall oven and a replacement microwave range hood in December 2019. Because we were approaching Christmas, I didn't care to bother with the installation myself, so I decided to just bite the bullet and pay for installation. The installation of both items added an additional $500 to the invoice but I felt that it would be worth it to have it done quickly, completely, and correctly. They came and installed the new items and I found the microwave installation went great. However, I was far less than satisfied with the installation of the wall oven. They installed it ok, but didn't bother to program it or adjust the settings. The oven from factory was not calibrated correctly. When we would set 350, the oven would read 225, so it was grossly off. This was really perplexing as would think that ovens should be precalibrated, but apparently not. I called Warners Stellian service about this and they basically told me to recalibrate it myself. I told them that I had paid for the service and asked them to come out and do it. They told me they don't view it as their job to calibrate ovens for customers and that it's left to the customer and that if I wanted them to come out, it would be another service fee. Things escalated quickly from there and it became apparent that Warners Stellian had no interest in providing complete service. Ridiculous. I felt I had paid a significant fee for installation and the job should have been completed correctly. I called the store in Apple Valley and spoke with my sales person that I have used for the last several purchases and she agreed that was unacceptable and that she would call service on my behalf and get them to correct the issue. It's now April and its been crickets ever since. I have heard nothing from them. I had asked for them to correct the calibration or issue a partial refund of the installation fee. If you're going to do a job half-a**, then expect to receive half the fee. Since I haven't heard from them, I have since gone online and researched how to calibrate the stove and have done it myself. At this point, I expect that I won't hear from Warners Stellian and they won't hear from me. Which is sad, because I really used to believe there was an advantage to dealing with them. However, I see no advantage to working with them any longer, as the service level expectations at the big box stores (Home Depot, Menards, Sams Club, or Costco) is really the same. That to me is kind of sad. The family appliance store is no more. I'm afraid I'm done with Warners Stellian. read more

We ordered a fridge 2 months ago. Was told the delivery would be Dec 28th. Called today and spoke to the manager Adam, he said I could come in and pick out anther fridge (different brand ). I talked to delivery (a different phone number). Adam said he has nothing in my "price point" since I bought it pre-Black Friday. Rude Rude Rude. Would not even work with me on brand/finish. I also told him that we have recently bought a washer and were going to buy a new stove in the next month. NO help!!!! Do not buy here. read more

Incredibly unhappy with our grill purchase. Grill was delivered in a non-functional state with only 4 usable burners instead of 6, crooked doors, a broken knob and goo from tape in a few places on the body. Customer service response has been awful. After using them for most of our appliance purchases for the last decade we will never purchase anything here again. EDIT: Spoke with someone in the Apple Valley store who had a great attitude and good information, has given me hope that Customer Care will reach out and make this right, changed to 3 stars pending resolution. read more

Buyers Beware! Don't believe a word this location tells you about rebates or cash back. We purchased six appliances for a total of over $6000 and was told we we get back $600 in rebates. They gave us forms to mail in, (which we did) and we waited, and waited and waited. Nothing. Contacted the manufacturer and the store and was told that there was no rebate coming. Warner Stellian asked us where we got the rebate forms from and I was amazed, BECAUSE WARNER STELLIAN's SALESPERSON GAVE THEM TO US! So, bottom line, shop a different Warner Stellian location or better yet, go to BEST BUY! read more

We have replaced our entire kitchen and laundry with Warners' Stellian and after working with their customer service and technician teams, I will never recommend them to anyone again. We have spent over a month trying to have someone fix our dishwasher, 4 visits, multiple wrong parts (or parts that apparently were not working from the get-go). It's beyond ridiculous that such a cheap appliance is worth sending so many tech's out on and also losing a customer who will happily share their experience with anyone who asks. The sales teams and installation were worth it but good luck if you ever need to have anything repaired. I enjoy supporting local businesses but only when they treat their customers correctly. read more
