We started with a couple of appetizers, the house made potato chips and the Damon's sampler, which were both tasty. For dinner we ordered steak kabob and quesadilla. The food came out quickly, was hot and tasted good. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, and server took good care of us throughout the meal. Overall, solid choice if you are looking for good food, a fun vibe and a place to catch a game. Must try wings with Damon's sauce.

I just had surgery so walking is great - stairs not so great. I wonder what they are providing as a means for people needing an accessible entrance as this was not available - or if there was something, nothing indicated otherwise. Once inside we were Seated quickly and a server was very prompt. We placed drink orders and not a wait for them. My husband ordered a beer and commented several times how wide the beer glass was and awkward. Not a criticism of the food/drink but just very awkward. He ordered the salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli which he loved the salmon. It was cooked perfect and had a great glaze on top. I ordered the haddock which also was quite tasty. It had a cracker topping which wasn't too much and provided a tasty top! I also had the mashed potatoes which reminded me of taking the cooked potatoes out of baked potatoes and mashing them. I also had the broccoli which was done great. All in all a good meal for a good price

We opted for the patio, which was perfect for a lovely summer evening. There are so many choices I. The menu it can get confusing. We had eaten a large lunch so I opted for the soup of the day, NE clam chowder. At first when I receive my salad, I was a little disappointed. It looked very plain. However, the lettuce was crisp and the dressing was so flavorful and it had the perfect amount of blue cheese. The soup was thick and tasty. Husband got the grouper with garlic and 18 year old got a chicken dish. Both were good. Each entree come with a side dish of your choice. I believe for the prices, they choy I'd come with two. Nice place (especially on the patio) but high prices for what you get.

With a history of being in business for more than 60 years and maintaining the same level of consistency and quality, this establishment truly deserves our business. Whitney was my waitress, and she took excellent care of me. Everything on the menu seemed so enticing that I had to request her assistance. The ambiance of the restaurant can be described as a cozy vibe, as it's dimly lit and gives off a warm, inviting aura. The music played in the background adds to the overall atmosphere, further enhancing the dining experience. Don't let me forget the friendly and cheerful people who frequently attend here. They add to the jovial atmosphere of the place. Now, let's talk about the food. The flavors of the dishes served here are simply delightful. The quality of ingredients used is evident in every bite, and the dishes are prepared with great care and attention to detail. From savory to sweet, the menu offers a diverse range of options that cater to all palates. The dishes are presented beautifully, making for an aesthetically pleasing experience as well. Overall, this restaurant (combined with Whitney's customer service), is the place for those looking for a memorable dining experience. The combination of great food, ambiance, and welcoming patrons make this spot a must-visit for anyone!

Problem is, I am in Pennsylvania eating at a place known for Mexican food, and I am from Oklahoma / Texas area, and trust me this is not Mexican food! That being said I have to rate this and give it a serious rating on my services and the food i have eaten here, not what I expected. So, when I left, I was slightly disappointed, but I had to look back and review the food for what it was. That being said, here goes. Upon entering, you enter into the basement, and it was beautifully decorated with Halloween stuff. It had a really good feeling going in! I ordered Chips and salsa. Salsa was too sweet for me, not enough heat or even the taste of heat. The chips were store bought and not freshly made but were good quality. I am used to Mexican style chips and salsa being free, and these were not bad priced, but 4.99, i think! I failed to snap a picture of the Menu. Food - I ordered the two taco's - Now the price is per each taco, at 8.99 and they got me on that. I thought I was getting a good deal for two tacos, beans and rice for 8.99 until the ticket came! so be careful, and read the menu, unlike me. I ordered the Chorizo Taco, and the Bacon chicken Taco. The chorizo wasn't the ground sausage that I am used to seeing, and it was in almost hotdog form. Flavor wasn't terrible, just not what I expected for Chorizo. The other taco, except for the chicken being on the dry side, was delicious! There was nothing taco or fajita flavored about it at all, but it is something that i would order again when i go. The sizes of both tacos were large, and my belly was full. Now the Rice, like most restaurants wasn't good at all. no flavor, dry and hard. The beans on the other had was awesome! Good solid flavor, just not enough of them. Next time I will ask for a double order, and they can keep the so-called rice. Service was slow, seemed even slower when I asked for my check, and said I was in a little bit of a hurry. But she was nice and accommodating other than that. This all being said, I hope that you find this review helpful! I will be back, just going to try their wings next! I will update this or add a completely new review when i try the wings!

First, because I awoke deciding that I wanted some Sancocho. I'm giving them a 5- because I had the entire experience. It's a tropical root vegetable stew with beef. I was Making it with pork. I'm a rebel like that. Anyway, for a call from brother and his wife that they will be stopping by in two hours. TWO! So after shopping for tropical root veggies - Yucca, Malanga, Llame, Platano Verde, Malanga, Yautia, Patata, Platano Maduro, and calabasa. I picked up some Cilantro and some Culantro! CULANTRO! It's cilantro on steroids. It's specific. And O was looking for it in East Los Angeles and Orange County, CA - and did not find it for years if not decades. Anyway. They got it here!! Anything you need to cook anything Latino/Hispanic recipe - you'll find here. Anyway, I head home and it hits me. The smells I experienced while shopping were stuck in my head. Got home, picked up my mother and my brother and his wife, and headed back. We walked in to find some people start to enter the restaurant section. I will say with confidence they offer over 28 FULL PANS (Chafing dishes) and a few other things. I will not list them because I am going to guess that some items change. Everything was delicious. WAAAY too many to list! And the Tamarind Slushie...WTF!? Tasty!! My one criticism is that I wish the foods were HOTTER than they were. Most of the items - except for the Sancocho - were room temperature at best. (Turn up the heat folks!! Better safe than sorry.) Anyway, check this tropical grubbery and if you go on the weekends - enjoy the LIVE Music. I will definitely be back. The employees are friendly. There's plenty of parking. CHECK THIS PLACE OUT! We'll be back soon too.
