A great group of doctors. Combining eastern and western practices for optimal pet health! I can't recommend highly enough.

They go above and beyond to make both pets (and pet parents) comfortable. While a flower delivery and sympathy card weren't on our mind from the vet, that's just a single example of the thought that is behind everything they do. They truly are a class act and perfect example of compassionate service in Orlando. I send all of my friends here when they're in the market for a new vet. Not only are the doctors kind and thorough, but the techs and front desk staff are what really make the difference. They get to know you and your pet and are always rooting for your furry companions. I fully believe they are a large reason why my girls have lived so long - they do routine bloodwork and have caught so many underlying issues throughout the last 6 years between the 2 of our girls (high blood pressure, hyperthyroid, all the things you don't think of for a cat). We've shed a lot of tears in Garden Vet recently, and I want to thank the whole team for taking such good care of Darla and us. Grief is not linear, and can be absolutely overwhelming. We're still healing, but we know Darla was in the best hands.

They help us out with plenty of extra support and care needed for various skin issues. The vets all show a lot of genuine care for my dog, they honestly treat us like family. I'd recommend for your routine vet visits! He's always a happy camper & they also make good recommendations/ are willing to explore all of your options.

It was so much fun paying the high and undisclosed bill at the end of every vet visit with the unfortunate receptionist who had to break the news to me that the annual visit was over $600. My new vet has not once mentioned my dog's nerves and has inversely, embraced her for it. Additionally, the vet techs always disclose every service's cost in real time. Before I get the bill. What a concept. Annual visits are below $400 now. Greed will be their downfall.

Casper, my cat, had a bad experience about 5 years ago, and ever since then, he's a menace at the vet and has always had to be put under full anesthesia. He had a really stressful experience with anesthesia at the last vet he went to, so I was pretty intense with them about him having a better experience here. They were so kind and so understanding and helpful, and they never treated me like I was being too much or inconveniencing them, which I appreciated so much. No vet since the one 5 years ago has been able to touch him without full anesthesia. I'm not sure what it was about this place, but he wasn't losing his mind, he wasn't hissing, he wasn't trying to attack, and he wanted out of his carrier. I was super nervous to let him out, but I did because he seemed to be doing okay. He explored and was OKAY! It was amazing. Then our vet tech Emily was absolutely incredible and was so kind and sweet to my baby- he can be a little rude and high strung so I really appreciated that she went the extra mile to make him feel comfortable. We didn't do a full exam, but he was letting us touch him and weigh him and everything, and then they put him under to biopsy a lump. While they were doing the biopsy, they were so good about calling me to update me as things were happening. This is my new vet for the rest of forever

My…read morecat Mateo (7yrs) recently had a dental cleaning and a tooth extraction, and from start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Every single person in the office was kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Dr. David and the staff took so much time to explain the procedure, walk me through what to expect, and patiently answer every question I had. Dr. David is truly incredible. He is conservative and thoughtful when it comes to extractions and treatment plans, always prioritizing what is best for my pet. You can tell he genuinely cares about animals and their quality of life. He did an amazing job with Mateo's procedure, and the results speak for themselves. Since this most recent surgery, Mateo is noticeably happier and more comfortable. His quality of life has improved so much, and that means everything to me. On top of the exceptional care and expertise, the cost was very fair, especially considering the level of skill, time, and compassion involved. Dr. David is an expert in his field and the best vet in Florida. He is Mateo's vet of choice I trust him completely with pet's life, and I am endlessly grateful for everything he has done for my cat. I am beyond grateful for Dr. David and the entire team at Animal Hospital at Baldwin Park. If you're looking for a veterinary office that truly cares about your pet as much as you do, this is the place. My cat means the world to me!!!

My wife, dogs, and I were just turned away from our appointments at Vetcor's The Animal Hospital at…read moreBaldwin Park. We understood our appointment to be at 2:30 pm for our two dogs and arrived at 2:15 pm. We were informed that our first appointment was at 2:00 pm and second at 2:30 pm. The office manager informed us that company policy required cancellation of appointment for which customers arrived more than 15 minutes late and that it would be "unfair to other customers" not to cancel our appointment. We had arrived within the 15 minute window and THERE WERE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS PRESENT! Further, she informed us that she was cancelling both our appointments and would not honor the 2:30 pm appointment for which we were 15 minutes early. BETWEEN OUR 2:15 PM TIME OF ARRIVAL AND APPROXIMATELY 2:30 PM TIME OF DEPARTURE, NO OTHER CUSTOMERS CAME OR LEFT THE FACILITY. Further note that these appointments were for simple blood draws and should have taken less than 10 minutes per dog. As a corporate executive, I understand the need for policy guidance for managers and staff. These serve to provide a consistent, positive experience for customers and, in this case, fairness not to infringe on those who were on time to their appointments. That said, we were not beyond the allowed corporate policy time and THERE WERE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS PRESENT! It is a manager's responsibility to exercise good judgment in the application of policies to balance the organization's need for profitable business with providing a positive experience for customers. What the office manager did was to militarize a policy to the expense of wanting/paying customers and Vetcor. Not once did the office manager or the receptionist say "let's see if we can work you in" or "we can't promise anything but let's see what we can do". They seemed to take pleasure in punitively attacking the very customers Vetcor relies upon for its existence. A 4+ year customer of Vetcor, I will not go back.
