They go above and beyond to make both pets (and pet parents) comfortable. While a flower delivery and sympathy card weren't on our mind from the vet, that's just a single example of the thought that is behind everything they do. They truly are a class act and perfect example of compassionate service in Orlando. I send all of my friends here when they're in the market for a new vet. Not only are the doctors kind and thorough, but the techs and front desk staff are what really make the difference. They get to know you and your pet and are always rooting for your furry companions. I fully believe they are a large reason why my girls have lived so long - they do routine bloodwork and have caught so many underlying issues throughout the last 6 years between the 2 of our girls (high blood pressure, hyperthyroid, all the things you don't think of for a cat). We've shed a lot of tears in Garden Vet recently, and I want to thank the whole team for taking such good care of Darla and us. Grief is not linear, and can be absolutely overwhelming. We're still healing, but we know Darla was in the best hands.

They help us out with plenty of extra support and care needed for various skin issues. The vets all show a lot of genuine care for my dog, they honestly treat us like family. 4 Paws Animal Clinic - Patiently waiting.... For treats?

From the moment we walked into 4 Paws Animal Clinic, I knew we made the right choice. Dr. Bert was amazing -- thorough, patient, and incredibly kind. She took the time to really get to know Diesel, performed a very detailed exam, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. That level of care meant so much to me. I also truly appreciate how calm and organized the clinic is. Not having a crowded lobby full of animals made such a difference for Diesel, who tends to get very anxious in those situations. In the past, we would have to wait in the car until called in, so this was such a refreshing experience. You can genuinely tell that everyone there cares deeply about animals and has a true passion for what they do. My only downside was the pricing of ProHeart. I've never paid more than $180 for the 12-month ProHeart injection for my 89lb dog with my previous vet in Miami, so being quoted $350 felt significantly higher than what I was used to especially he weighed less at 84lbs. That was the only surprise for me that was very unfortunate and resulted in me having to switch diesel to TriHeart. Overall, the experience, compassion, and quality of care were excellent, and we're very happy to have found them in Orlando. 5 Star Service/Quality Care 4 Star for Pricing

He usually hates going to the vet and gets anxious and trembles. The other vets used to take him to the back and give him his shots. At first he was a little anxious but they were so kind and gentle with him that he started to feel relaxed and comfortable. They also asked if we'd be ok giving him his shots in the room with us present and we were definitely fine with that. We look forward to going back and taking our little girl pug next. I highly recommend them.

Like a majority of dogs do. It was so much fun paying the high and undisclosed bill at the end of every vet visit with the unfortunate receptionist who had to break the news to me that the annual visit was over $600. My new vet has not once mentioned my dog's nerves and has inversely, embraced her for it. Additionally, the vet techs always disclose every service's cost in real time. Before I get the bill. What a concept. Annual visits are below $400 now. Greed will be their downfall.

Casper, my cat, had a bad experience about 5 years ago, and ever since then, he's a menace at the vet and has always had to be put under full anesthesia. He had a really stressful experience with anesthesia at the last vet he went to, so I was pretty intense with them about him having a better experience here. They were so kind and so understanding and helpful, and they never treated me like I was being too much or inconveniencing them, which I appreciated so much. No vet since the one 5 years ago has been able to touch him without full anesthesia. I'm not sure what it was about this place, but he wasn't losing his mind, he wasn't hissing, he wasn't trying to attack, and he wanted out of his carrier. I was super nervous to let him out, but I did because he seemed to be doing okay. He explored and was OKAY! It was amazing. Then our vet tech Emily was absolutely incredible and was so kind and sweet to my baby- he can be a little rude and high strung so I really appreciated that she went the extra mile to make him feel comfortable. We didn't do a full exam, but he was letting us touch him and weigh him and everything, and then they put him under to biopsy a lump. While they were doing the biopsy, they were so good about calling me to update me as things were happening. This is my new vet for the rest of forever

My Pomsky is literally my best friend and I put off her knee surgery as long as I could because I was terrified to put her under the knife. From first visit I knew I could trust Dr. Villalongo and the team at Baldwin Park. The practice is clean, the techs are so nice and patient and Dr. Villalongo seems well trained in medical and surgical knowledge for a ton of animals. My dog is not an easy dog for strangers to handle and they were very patient and good with her. I've had quite a few animals and visited many vets, for surgical and medical reasons and Dr. Villalongo is at the top of the list. With so many vets being bought by Venture Capitalists it's great to find an old school family vet practice that offers services for all animals including surgical. The price for the surgery was in the mid range comparably to other vets. You can tell everyone there loves animals and you can practically see the empathy in Dr. Villalongo's eyes. We're so very happy, we'll continue to drive the hour and a half it takes us to visit them!

We understood our appointment to be at 2:30 pm for our two dogs and arrived at 2:15 pm. We were informed that our first appointment was at 2:00 pm and second at 2:30 pm. The office manager informed us that company policy required cancellation of appointment for which customers arrived more than 15 minutes late and that it would be "unfair to other customers" not to cancel our appointment. We had arrived within the 15 minute window and THERE WERE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS PRESENT! Further, she informed us that she was cancelling both our appointments and would not honor the 2:30 pm appointment for which we were 15 minutes early. BETWEEN OUR 2:15 PM TIME OF ARRIVAL AND APPROXIMATELY 2:30 PM TIME OF DEPARTURE, NO OTHER CUSTOMERS CAME OR LEFT THE FACILITY. Further note that these appointments were for simple blood draws and should have taken less than 10 minutes per dog. As a corporate executive, I understand the need for policy guidance for managers and staff. These serve to provide a consistent, positive experience for customers and, in this case, fairness not to infringe on those who were on time to their appointments. That said, we were not beyond the allowed corporate policy time and THERE WERE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS PRESENT! It is a manager's responsibility to exercise good judgment in the application of policies to balance the organization's need for profitable business with providing a positive experience for customers. What the office manager did was to militarize a policy to the expense of wanting/paying customers and Vetcor. Not once did the office manager or the receptionist say "let's see if we can work you in" or "we can't promise anything but let's see what we can do". They seemed to take pleasure in punitively attacking the very customers Vetcor relies upon for its existence. A 4+ year customer of Vetcor, I will not go back.
