The combination was exactly what we were looking for. The in-home sessions taught us how to work with our dog, and the Stay & Train helped her become reliable even in high-distraction environments. Our goal was a well-mannered giant-breed dog who would be enjoyable to live with, confident around people, and a pleasure to take anywhere. He apologized profusely for my long wait and stated that there were a lot of calls for towing and apparently few trucks towing in metro Indy for the night. Tried to jump the battery but he noted it might likely be a dead alternator. Hooked the car up to take all the way down to Greenwood (30 miles); took it down there to drop at the Acura dealership after hours then called to let me know it was there. Overall an extremely great and professional experience with Harvey and Guardian! Had a great conversation about football and as a bonus he showed me that depressing the little notch below the gear shift will put the car in neutral manually if the battery dies again.
