Dr. Han Huang is beyond what one would hope for in a veterinarian! He is patient, kind, generous with his time, knowledgeable, honest and a peaceful presence to be around. JUST WOW. I have brought my pet here for a few years. The front desk Receptionist was Very Rude today. I explained what was happening with my elderly dog (pneumonia) and asked if maybe they could fit her in in between the other appts. She flat out said they could see us in 2 weeks. Not one ounce of flexibility. I understand the vet is busy. All of them are. I called my friends vet in Corona and they were able to fit me in in between appts, thank God. I just wanted others to know the quality of care you will receive. If She just could have even some compassion would have been nice. It is so sad that a great Doctor has surrounded himself around bad employees. Your employees are the face of the company. I saw other postings like this and wanted to tell my experience too. I just moved to the area, so I was looking for a new veterinarian to take my babies. Thanks to Yelp, I came across this place. Dr. Han is great! Really kind and doesn't push any unnecessary treatment or product. I even asked if I should buy an oral rinse for my fur baby and he said I don't need it. He also doesn't believe in over vaccination. Excellent vet. Dr Han is so good with my dog and never makes us feel rushed. He does sometime have a wait with appts but when you see the attention he gives in office that is quickly understandable. He happily explains his thought process and allows us to be involved in her care. He also keeps up to date and if something you are asking for doesn't line up to the current recommendations he'll take the time to explain the reasoning to you rather than just giving you something that may be potentially harmful or discounting you. My dog, Riley, a German Shepherd mix we adopted from the pound was always finicky about going to the vet and would become aggressive. My cousin suggested I take Riley here in late 2018/early 2019 since she was getting older and needed more care/medication. Even though she still wooed and barked at the staff during her appointment, she was never aggressive and had no issue with letting them touch her. The waiting room is always clean and unlike some other vets I have been to, there are no lingering or strange chemical odors. I really appreciate all of the staff for being so patient and kind to Riley for the past few years. Especially the respect and grace they demonstrated when we were putting Riley down. The wait times can be a little long sometimes due to the new Covid cleaning practices but it's well worth the wait. read more

Dr Han is amazing. I began seeing him in Moreno Valley, followed him to Redlands, and now make the 1 hour drive to see him from Menifee because he has the best interest of my animals in mind. He always makes me feel like the only one he is helping that day, and when I have questions he always explains everything thoroughly and thoughtfully. I will take any animal I ever have to him as long as he is in practice no matter his location. His approach is very much integrative and he does not push medications, crazy procedures, or anything else of veterinary matter on you. The vet techs are so caring and sweet with every one of the animals and give them so much love. We brought both our pups here from the time we got them both and couldn't be happier with the services we received. Dr. Han is SO awesome with the animals and has a vast knowledge of everything. He is patient and answers any and all questions you have. He makes sure to take the time to hear your concerns, give you his opinions. I took my pet here based on a referral from an employee in the veterinary business, as well as from all the wonderful Yelp reviews. I am glad I did! My dog was shaking in pain, and when Dr. Han examined him, he was very willing, cooperative, and even stopped shaking so Dr. Han can do a thorough examination. Not only is Dr. Han a great dog whisperer, he was informative, transparent, on time, and did not rush through the exam. Moreover, the rates are very reasonable, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. (When your dog is sick, the last thing you want is to wait a long time, be greeted by a grouchy receptionist who looks up only to collect your payment, as was in my previous experiences at another office!) I had never been to Veterinary Integrative Center prior to bringing my 1 year old pup to get neutered and had done a lot of research about all the different vet hospitals in town to take him to for this. He is pretty shy with strangers and I was worried about him being so stressed out and this place seemed nice and quiet compared to the office I had been taking him to. They only do 2-3 surgeries a day so I knew he wouldn't be stuck in the back with 50 other animals all stressed out at the same time. After the whole experience, I couldn't have chosen anyone better to take him to. Dr Han answered all my questions I had for him and all the staff members were very friendly. They said he did great through the whole process which means it took some pretty special people to care for him. Wound closer was great and not bothering my pup at all!
