All they had to do was send THE coupon to Champion PET foods and they would receive the reimbursement. They refuse to take the coupon because they say I didn't purchase the original bag from them for "exchange". I'm confused. It's a coupon. I think it's ridiculous that they won't take a coupon. It is a valid coupon for a free bag of food and they will get fully reimbursed for it.

The team was always professional, friendly, and took great care of him. Since then, she got a new dog, moved away from this side of town, and recently came back after about a 3- to 4-year break. When she returned, the owner, Scott, actually remembered both her and her dog! That says a lot about the people who work here. They do amazing work, and for the price, you really can't beat it. I've taken my dogs--a Basset Hound and two Dobermans--to other groomers, and none of them compare when it comes to quality and value. Scott and his team are hands down the best, and I trust them completely. Georgia, my Basset Hound, gets especially dirty because she's so low to the ground, but they had her looking spotless and smelling great. They truly went above and beyond. I'll definitely be bringing her in at least twice a month. This place is fantastic, and I trust them with all of my dogs.

The patience and kindness that was shown from weighing in, to taking vitals was perfect. The doctor was knowledgeable and explained everything. He connected with our primary vet and explained test results that I did not yet have. I felt like my concerns were all addressed. I have never had any vet or urgent pet care demonstrate such care. Although my pets health issue wasn't resolved I felt better when I left having a plan for my next steps. I was referral to a specialist that was able to see us that day. I can't give a them a high enough rating- they set the bar for superior pet care.
