Mike apparently didn't know how to call my insurance company to get the warranty info and he blamed the problem on me! He said I was supposed to "clean the tracks" of the sunroof! What? When I called him out on it he became confrontational and abrasive. I couldn't believe this guy was allowed to speak to customers. I asked to speak to the owner and he refused. Red flag, no accountability whatsoever. I was told he didn't even live in NY! The office manager took over and was very polite but it was just a show to get my car out of there. Henry lied to me, telling me he would follow up with insurance and get back to me. That was three weeks ago. It's clear they don't respect their customers and don't stand by their work. Stay away from this chop shop, scammers to the very end.
