I also intended to return a case of empty bottles that I bought here the previous week. The owner told me that he does not accept returns after 12:00PM because the store is too busy. I pointed out that I was the only customer in the store and that I bought the empty case at his establishment and I was about to buy another. I also told him that they were REQUIRED BY LAW to accept returns during all hours of operation (MA Bottle Bill). He told me that he could do whatever he wanted because he owned the place - what an arrogant jerk to think he is above the law. I bought at least a case of beer here every week for years, but I will never set foot in this dump ever again. Suggest you also shop elsewhere...
