The matt color was very pale, with hardly any color at all, called candy pink. The glitter ornaments had a purple hue. The shiny ornaments were the only ones that were true to color. I wanted pink on my tree this year not white-ish or purple-ish so I called Customer Service. They waived their 15% restocking fee but would not provide a free return label. While most of the ornaments where 4" it was not a huge box. I really felt Customer Service fell short by not providing me a free return label. I paid $137.00 for ornaments I did not like. The box cost me $46.00 to return to them. Again it was not a big box. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Be sure you order exactly what you want or face 15% restocking fee and pay for your own return shipping. Again products were nice quality just be careful with colors.​
