They, from the moment I set foot in the office, ensured that I felt comfortable. Every member of staff is friendly and kind. The office is clean, and there are TVs in the exam rooms in case you need a bit of distraction. Staff are knowledgeable and talented. Through each and every step of each procedure (I'm afraid my mouth was a bit of a disaster zone), communication was clear and constant, checking in to be sure I was alright and not in any pain. They really take care of you. On top of that, pricing was discussed thoroughly beforehand; they made sure that I got what I needed and wasn't being charged for a bunch of unnecessary stuff (a problem I've experienced before in other offices). I had a new patient exam and cleaning. The hygienist was so thorough. Dr. Martinez is a great dentist as well. Both were very knowledgeable and took care of me. I had tooth pain before my cleaning and after the hygienist cleaned them, I've had no problems! I've recommended my family to go here. Sometimes you have to wait but that's because the patient before me was very late and they still tried to accommodate him.

These guys are the literal best. Everyone at the office is so kind and seems to make a point of making visits as stress free as possible. The receptionists have always treated me kindly and have not rushed me when I'm scheduling with them or have additional questions, the hygienists are professional but talk you through every step so you aren't surprised as to what's going on or what happens next, and the dentists themselves are quick but efficient in handling the concerns brought up. I'd mentioned tooth hypersensitivity in one area and the hygienist went out of her way to numb the location for my routine cleaning and the dentist went over possible advanced solutions to help. I ended up getting a filling over the area which has helped the sensitivity immensely. At no other office I've tried prior have they offered to numb the location to help with the discomfort or be proactive about the issue when I've brought attention to it. I never thought it I could be such a simple fix, but they took the time to care and the issue's been mostly resolved. It's absolutely worth noting that the hygienists and the dentists aren't rough in the slightest and have the gentlest touch. While I myself don't have dentist anxiety, I'm sure this must be a relief for those that experience it. I highly recommend this office if you do have dentist anxiety or are simply looking for a new dentist. You won't regret it.

From the beginning, Dr. De La Garza was so sweet and considerate of my comfort throughout the process. She has an excellent eye for detail and despite this process taking two stages, she maintained committed to making sure not only that my teeth came out perfect, but that I could comfortably bite down and floss between. Never choosing this location again for their lack of patient care, patient time and convenience. As medical professionals we are trained in a higher quality of care and communication. They were very accommodating to the fact that we had to be in so early. The ladies at the front desk were also very patient. If you get a chance to visit this clinic you must! Went in and asked about getting my permanent crown that was on temp cement , permanently put in and…read morethat my benefits were maxed out so just needed price. Told me they'll do a free exam. Got me in the chair and took off the crown before telling me it's $600 to put on permanently since my benefits are maxed (which I already told). So they put it right back on the same exact way and said $150. After asking about the charge they went down to $60. This could've just been answered without all these shenanigans to get in my wallet. Be careful with getting blindsided and get your price before getting in that chair
