Having completed my entire round of work, including cleaning, filling, temporary and crown, I can confirm that the entire office is professional and friendly. I have one complaint about an issue that can be avoided as long as you never call the phone number for anything more than an appointment. The phone is answered by someone who is not in that office, and will not want to transfer your call to the location where you are receiving services. I got pretty upset when they wouldn't transfer me, and were calling the location to answer my questions, which led to additional questions that they wanted to continue handling the same way. When I went to the office, the staff was unsure why they didn't transfer my call.

While I received them, he seemed to have a hard time getting the compound to stay. It also seems he missed a broken tooth, because he recommended a get it filled also, but when the compound broke off and I went in to get it replaced, he said the tooth was actually broken in half and needed additional work. I have since started seeing a new dentist, who found the weak fillings and replaced them for me, and I've had no problems so far.

The most recent…read morework they've done in my teeth has only caused me more pain, when i bring these concerns to them they tell me "theres nothin wrong" turns out they didn't fully seal my cavity twice and did my fillings wrong so I had to continue to return and have free work done to correct their mistakes. Some doctors are rough when handling you, my recent doctor forcefully broke several strings of floss in my teeth after i was asking her to stop due to it being painful. This was a result of the bad fillings she did. Ive also had a horrible time scheduling with them lately, they tell me i'm on the schedule and give me a appt card with time and day, i come in, no appt scheduled. They fail to provide important info for future appts and receptionists have little patience.

Each time one calls it is a process to speak to someone. I called back again and a young lady was able to get me to the Brident dental office. I was told if I did a review that I would be sent a free whitening kit which was NEVER done. The tech would switch the lights on and off then take Xrays and then put her hand in my mouth after touching the light switch and Xray machine.
