Everyone in line didnt need to hear her raising her voice at me even after i explained why i had no idea about the limit. Everyone else is polite and helpful. Shes very unpleasant.

I've frequently oogled clothing options in their window but I'd never been inside...until today! The main thing to know about this store is that prices are LOW. But, they don't have tons of furniture, or selection, as it is a smaller space. The staff was very friendly and I'll be back. I came away with some charming vintage baby clothes, for like $1-2 total. Yay!

It came to $3.28 with tax and i wanted to use my cedit card and the woman would not let me. she told me to go find $5 in merchandise. I offered to pay an additional 50 cents, even though companies actually have an agreement with companies that they cannot put a minimum on purchases.Hey thrift store, you were rude to me! So I will donate merchandise elsewhere. I have gone to stores and purchased closeouts with my own money and donated clothes to this Lutheran shop. No I never asked for a receipt, i do not believe in tax write offs for donations. Easy to say, I will never spend another penny there.................

I love going to Global Neighborhood Thrift for books typically. Their selection is robust and…read morewell-priced. Today I went in search of t-shirts so I can stock up for the summer. The main areas had a decent selection. I was pretty disappointed with the vintage t-shirt selection, however. The section smelled gross and half of the t-shirts were stained, had noticeable holes, or had very ragged collars. I would not mind so much if these were being sold for a few dollars, but these were being sold for $12-$14 a piece! I think that GNT needs to price their vintage t-shirts according to the quality of the piece. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I will return in the future, but I think I will skip the vintage t-shirt section.
