If I could give zero, I would. Absolutely terrible in every way. Almost zero staff- felt so sorry for the young people who were there; they were doing their best. Soda machine out of order so they replaced with cans of soda we paid $3.25 each, they ran out of most kinds of pop. Stood in line for an eternity. Charged an extra $10 just to access a small trampoline. We spent $80 for one crappy pizza, 4 cans of pop, a game card and access to a small trampoline that is apparently exclusive. I couldn't punish a 5 year old and make her watch other kids jump while she was excluded. So gross. Does this place even have a manager? I will never give Chuck E Cheese another dime. read more

After going back and forth between the two Chuck E. Cheese, the north one is subpar. The food tastes significantly worse and a lot of the games are broken for days. Needing an outing on a Saturday, I came with 3 children of varying ages, and there was something entertaining for all of them. We were greeted well and Shawn (behind the counter) was especially helpful getting us set up. Later when I had a few other questions, he was again pleasant and very helpful. We had a pizza lunch and then the kids just played and had a great time. I had fun too, especially watching the little guy be fascinated with all the things to do. Two of the Skee Ball games weren't working - took credits but wouldn't let you play. The right side of the water blast game doesn't spray enough water to even register when hitting the bullseye. I complained to the staff TWICE and was told "we will let the manager know and when they get a chance they will come out and help you" THE MANAGER NEVER APPEARED. Well it's been awhile since I have been here. A lot has changed. I do like the game play method now. Sadly a personal pizza took 45 mins. We also ordered two salad bars - there was no salad the whole time we were there said they had to chop salad - could be true, but I would believe that it just came from a bag.. But we did use one to feed our son some jello. I did get a refund for the other. Odd how short staffed they seemed for a Friday night. Shift lead or manager seemed lack luster - sat in the back for awhile once we got in and just ate - everyone deserves breaks - especially in a place like this I could only imagine - but take the time to get stuff done for the guest before you take that break - chopping salad 5-10 min job ? read more

I have said it before, and I'll say it again (and again, and again...) anywhere that the kiddos love, serves beer and wine, and helps makes sure the littles don't leave without me, is high on my list, as a parent of young'ns!! I won't lie, I may have had some young adult bday parties here myself. I like the pizza... is it the absolute best pizza in the world, nah... but that's not the real reason you come. Besides, kids typically aren't that picky about pizza. I WILL say that I love the salad bar here! Fresh, clean, good selection for a kid place (and better than some adult places)... but could we maybe cut the greens in a bit smaller pieces? I'm balancing a beer, four kids, and trying to shove a foot long piece of lettuce in my mouth. Not pretty. Regardless of how I look while eating, this will forever be on my short list. Always super hot when we go. They could turn down the heat a bit, plus bacteria breeds in warmth. Also half the machines are always broken.

Service was good. Food was good too. I recommend getting the wings extra crispy otherwise they're a little mushy. Establishment was clean except for the high chair but they were more than willing to come clean it for us. Ordering and checkout with tickets took a little longer I think because they're understaffed right now. read more

My husband ordered food before hand before taking our daughter and after playing they tried to eat and the staff were rude in front of my daughter and told him he was not allowed to eat their pre-ordered food there. This used to be one of my favorite places but today will be my last visit. So disappointed in the new format. We used to get 40 tokens with our meal package, now you get nothing! We spent $45 on food and that came with ZERO game plays!!! There was no ice in both the machines and the fruit punch was empty which confused me since it was 3:00 on a Friday afternoon and they were not busy. There seems to be less games it seems like they were shorter. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pizza was good but the fry basket was half the size it used to be. Didn't eat here, but you can purchase "token" cards with time instead of tokens. Perfect for little kids who want to do something over and over but are dead tired after an hour or two. Just had my sons 5th birthday party here. Superstar package and I ho early can not say enough about how amazing the employees were! Alyssa was our party host and she made my experience totally stress free! She even packed up the leftover pizza and cake for us to take home! We did our party from 11-1 on a Sunday and my son told me it was his best birthday party ever! My sister is even considering having her twins party here this summer. read more

This place has gone e down hill! It used to be fun, and entertaining. But so many games were out of order or out of tickets. It took aver 10 minutes for me to get service at the front counter. When I did get service it was hurried. I ordered an all you can eat salad bar. The lettuce was wilted and brown. The ham tasted old. And the cottage cheese was discusting. Great place for kids on a cold or rainy day. Safe environment with security that prevents kids from wandering out (wish mobius had this) staff always seems friendly. Pizza is awful but so what. Great place for kids, especially on rainy days. We attended a friend's birthday party and all the kids had a great time. Service and pizza is good and we love the security at the door. They serve beer!! That is a plus in my book, especially with the amount kids and chaos present. My only complaint is the sticky bathroom floor. read more

Every time my grandson comes to Spokane, he is excited for a trip to Chuck E Cheese. After this last visit just days before Thanksgiving, I think we will be looking for a new venue for grandson visits. We have slowly watched the quality of this restaurant go down hill since private ownership when to corporate management. Took my daughter for her birthday and i have to say it was alright. It was pretty busy halloween night so it seemed crowded but, overall it seemed like a small location. This was the first time here so i am not sure how other locations are and or their sizes so i am not one to judge. It was pretty dirty when we got there so much garbage and tickets on the floor. We ordered our food and it was alright; pizza, sandwiches, wings, and the salad bar is really all you can get and i was not impressed with the taste of the food. It would be nice if they had some hamburger choices, a bit overpriced. The games where fun and entertaining, of course we only got about 400 tickets after playing with 80 tokens which was good but our only prizes consisted of some plastic toy rings, glasses, straws, some candy, or small plastic balls BUT hey what do you expect. What i really liked was the safety measures they had in place for the kids. They had to nake sure before anyone left that your childs stamp matched a parent that they came with, that was nice. read more
