    Orange peel is totally slimy

After going back and forth between the two Chuck E. Cheese, the north one is subpar. The food tastes significantly worse and a lot of the games are broken for days. I got a salad bar and almost vomited, the orange slices disintegrated by the touch. Tells me it was very very old or something. So I seriously question the cleanliness of the food.

Needing an outing on a Saturday, I came with 3 children of varying ages, and there was something entertaining for all of them. We were greeted well and Shawn (behind the counter) was especially helpful getting us set up. Later when I had a few other questions, he was again pleasant and very helpful. We had a pizza lunch and then the kids just played and had a great time. I had fun too, especially watching the little guy be fascinated with all the things to do. Only one game was out of order, but all the others were working great and facility was clean. We stayed about 2 hours, and will definitely go back again.

Page was an awesome Host/Waitress. She checked in on our party and made sure everything was taken care of. Page was on top of everything. She saw we were low on plates & had more in seconds. She helped cut the cake & made the whole party of 20 kids & adults worth while! THANK YOU PAGE! You deserve a raise! The food was good, the restaurant was clean, and the bathrooms were well kept.

I have said it before, and I'll say it again (and again, and again...) anywhere that the kiddos love, serves beer and wine, and helps makes sure the littles don't leave without me, is high on my list, as a parent of young'ns!! I won't lie, I may have had some young adult bday parties here myself. I like the pizza... is it the absolute best pizza in the world, nah... but that's not the real reason you come. Besides, kids typically aren't that picky about pizza. I WILL say that I love the salad bar here! Fresh, clean, good selection for a kid place (and better than some adult places)... but could we maybe cut the greens in a bit smaller pieces? I'm balancing a beer, four kids, and trying to shove a foot long piece of lettuce in my mouth. Not pretty. Regardless of how I look while eating, this will forever be on my short list. Childhood memories, cool place to stop in on hot summer days, libations and happy children. Stick around CEC, I'm begging you.

Always super hot when we go. They could turn down the heat a bit, plus bacteria breeds in warmth. Also half the machines are always broken.

They then informed us they had no water so no bathrooms and kitchen closed. We had promised the gkids so we proceeded to purchase the passes. We had purchased a Double Dollar certificate, $50 for $25. We purchased it a year ago but since it states it doesn't expire we saved it to go with the gkids. The manager(Jay) stated he knew nothing about it and refused to honor it! He got hostile when we objected and says we could go outside and settle it! With my grandkids standing right there! To have someone like that managing anything is appalling! When you give a small person a little power it often goes to their head! No people skills and obviously poorly trained! We are pursuing this in several ways as what was done to us and in front of my gkids must be addressed so it doesn't ruin someone else's family day! To recap, can't open on time, no water so no bathrooms or food and little Jay with s chip on his shoulder and ready to fight! Poorly ran company!

I didn't get a chance to see the rest of the park due to the fact that I was her Maid of Honor and it was drizzling outside. I loved the fact that the gazebo was so large. If you find yourself on campus and looking for a more kid friendly area (aka slides and splash pads) I would recommend a walk on down to the park! It has a large bank of tennis courts (with evening play available due to the lights!). It also has a pool! Many times when I've been here there is some kind of swimming competition occurring in the pool. Last time I stopped by they had some new fitness play equipment for adults. I have an interest in unique playground equipment so I thought this was pretty cool considering the retirement facility located right on the edge of the park. You can grab picnic supplies at the nearby Safeway or takeout from the nearby Thai restaurant and enjoy the beautiful summer weather in Spokane. I frequently see people picnicking here. One really important part of Mission Park that I must mention is the memorial to Otto Zehm. He was a mentally-ill man killed by the Spokane police in 2006. The simple memorial was placed in 2012 as part of a settlement with the city of Spokane. As a community it is important to remember the legacy of Otto Zehm and I think a visit to this memorial is an important visit for any local or tourist.
