They have failed to make a scheduled delivery for 3 weeks . After having called to question 'why' We were told to expect a delivery on December 19th. We had 6 empty bottles on our porch for exchange. When there again was a no show, I called the office. The driver had reported he had been at our place early that morning and claimed there were no bottles out for exchange. . I did not call the plumbers who installed the toilet, I called Michael to fix the leak. He came out and discovered the seal between the toilet tank and the toilet bowl was not secured properly and leaking. Michael tightened the bolts and fixed the leak. He went over the install and checked to see if there were other problems. He found a couple and recommended some repairs but since it was a Saturday and repairs were not urgent, I decided to wait on the fixes. I found Michael to be very professional explaining what he was doing and what needed to be done. It was quite a different experience from the plumbers who installed the toilet and who were in a hurry to finish the job and move on. I highly recommend Michael for all plumbing needs and by the way his rates are very reasonable. If you want your plumbing job done correctly, call My Guy Plumbing. If just want someone who may show up, call some else.

On the day and time of the scheduled repair, no one showed up. I waited a half hour, called, and was told she (Jenna) had forgotten to put us on the schedule and offered to re-schedule us next week. I informed her how my wife and I made arrangements and prepared for this repair job (such as boarding our dog, childcare plans, adjusting work meetings, removing doors and items from the bathroom). When I requested an appointment later the same day, Jenna then transitioned to the weather and road conditions. She made it clear that they had no interest in honoring our appointment. I do not feel the weather was an impediment to this repair job. Regardless, she did not offer to rectify her mistake in a manner that was appropriate to us, the customer. I expressed my frustration with her lack of understanding the inconvenience that Peck Plumbing caused us. Jenna responded in a bizarre, argumentative manner and asked if we made childcare plans for the other plumbers we scheduled estimates with - as if a 10-minute estimate is comparable to a confirmed repair job. That was ridiculous, toilets seldom go "bad", it is the fill and dump valves that need to be replaced. I fixed the flapper valve assembly myself for about $12. I hate to say this but it appears that there is something going on in the plumbing repair business where they are charging extremely high prices. You can call a few of them and they will all quote the same ridiculous price for a repair.
