Like I asked him, Chris called me four times over two weeks to give me updates on my order. When I did not answer the phone, he left a pleasant voicemail. We dropped off over 100 tapes, starting from the 1980s up until 2010. Chris got them to DVD in 10 business days. We are happy with his work, but unfortunatley some of the video and audio deteriorated. I can't complain about that, I waited so long do this project! My advice to you is to get it done today. I checked the tapes on my own VCR and camcorder, and the same deteriorated video and audio was present on my own devices, so this is an honest business from my experience. read more

VHS Rescue is the best! I have a lot of unknown old home videos but couldn't find the cords to my camera so why not have someone else convert them for me. My dad and I did a test, he sent his videos to a local store and I sent mine to VHS Rescue. Not only did I get my videos back sooner but in better quality. Surprised my parrents by taking their wedding video from the late 80s and getting it saved on a disc. Really amazing. I dropped my tapes off and he had them done overnight and met me at Starbucks to deliver! I also requested that he put them in Dropbox so I can have them on my computer which he did as well for a very reasonable price, less than another service that sounded like a rip off to me.
