When I arrived, I was told that they left the wrong message for me and that they needed me to approve the estimate, which in my opinion was exceptionally high anyway, before they could do the work. I told them I would rather just have my ring back at that moment, but they notified me that the ring was not at their location and they probably would not be able to get it back for another four days. Extremely disappointed in this business and would definitely not recommend.
