Yesterday, we decided to bring a few friends with us because we had spoken so highly of the restaurant. We arrived a little after 1:00 p.m. on a Sunday, and the restaurant was fairly empty with only a handful of tables occupied. We were seated immediately, and our waitress was friendly throughout the meal. Each couple ordered pizzas along with appetizers and drinks. We ordered the Italian salad but were accidentally brought the Green Goddess instead. It was a harmless mistake, and since we had enjoyed that salad during our previous visit, we happily kept it. Our friends received their pizzas, and we assumed ours would follow shortly. Thirty minutes passed, and by then our friends were nearly finished eating. Meanwhile, we noticed several tables that had arrived after us receiving their food before we did. We asked our waitress to check on our order. She went back to the kitchen and returned, explaining that our pizza had apparently been forgotten and was only then being made. She assured us it would take no more than 10 minutes. Fifteen more minutes passed, and our pizza still hadn't arrived. Since we had a clear view of the kitchen, it didn't appear there was any urgency to get our order out. At that point, after waiting nearly an hour since placing our order, we had to cancel it because we had other plans and couldn't stay any longer. Our waitress apologized and removed the pizza from our bill, but that was the only resolution offered. While we appreciated her kindness, we left the restaurant disappointed and still hungry. Mistakes happen, and forgetting an order is understandable from time to time. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. After waiting an hour for a forgotten order, we had hoped for a more meaningful effort to make things right beyond simply removing the item we never received. It's unfortunate because we genuinely loved this restaurant after our first visit and were excited to introduce it to our friends. Thankfully, our friends enjoyed their meals, but this experience left us hesitant to return. Great pizza is important, but great service and how a restaurant responds when things go wrong are what keep customers coming back.

There wasn't much cheese on it either. Overall it was dry and empty. The wings were OK but pretty soggy except for the edges. The ranch and the beer was good. The place is chill but the employees could be a bit friendlier.

This was my favorite pizza spot I would even drive all the way from Lake Matthews . Never had a problem ordering ahead of time when I got there using my order has always been ready but I don't mind waiting 5 to 10 minutes too. Well not only did I call ahead of time so that my order could be ready because I have guest over well when I got there. The girl said oh it'll be about 10 minutes. OK no problem. I waited about almost 40 minutes. There was a guy that came after me and even ordered way later and got his order before me. Apparently they dropped my pizza in the process of the made I don't know as a business owner myself. I think the smart thing would've done was asked the customer I'm so sorry but your pizza dropped. Would you like this one instead? Meaning, some other pizza that was already being baked. And then apart to that, you forgot the marinara sauce for the breadsticks. read more

Im not a big fan of pizza but my kids really wanted it so I decided we would try it out. We stopped by this pizza place on the way home. Bryan took our order, he was was very nice and outgoing. My kids enjoyed watching him make the pizza completely by hand, even hand tossing the dough!!!! This was definitely something my kids have not seen in any big name pizza place (dominos, pizza hut,etc). My kids loved watching him!!! When we got our pizza I was surprised at how good it smelled (like I said im not a big pizza fan) when we got home and ate the pizza it was delicious!! the perfect amount of cheese,sauce and toppings. My family and I recently tried Viano's Pizza and was pretty disappointed. I ordered the pepperoni pizza, which was just okay--not what I was hoping for. We also got wings, asking for them to be crispy, but they came out hard as rocks. The service didn't help either; our server was less than polite. What really caught our attention was when we saw her cleaning the restroom without washing her hands afterward. That's a major red flag for us. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place to friends or family. I hope they can improve in both food quality, customer service, and hygiene. read more

I visited this restaurant, and all I have to say is I'm deeply disappointed. This establishment is far from professional. I witnessed what appeared to be underage employees drinking, which is incredibly concerning. Our server didn't bother to ask if we wanted something to drink and never checked on us throughout the meal. While the food was mediocre at best, the service was absolutely atrocious. I expected a pleasant dining experience but instead left feeling neglected and uneasy about the restaurant's practices. I won't be returning, and I advise others to steer clear. read more

The Absolute Worst. Forget about the 45 minute wait. Forget about the fact that the guy behind the counter wouldn't honor the coupon I brought in. Forget about the fact that I was treated extremely rudely. What is important is that this was one horrible pizza pie. The crust was super hard, the ingredients kept falling off the crust, I can go on and on, but what's the point. Let's just say that I'll be happy to drive 15 miles out of my way to avoid this place. The pizza was incredible, especially the dough -- perfectly cooked, soft on the inside with just the right amount of crisp on the outside.
