Ordering was easy through the website, but we never received a text notifying us that the order was ready, so we eventually just went inside to check. Unfortunately, we didn't think to double-check the order before leaving, and once we got home (about 5 miles away), we realized the pizza toppings were completely wrong. Let's start that we have always ordered food from Vianos for years. Over the years the service and food have changed. The management/staff are horrible. Last night was the kicker. I figured it might be busy due to Sunday night food ball so I ordered early (3:49 pm) was giving a delivery time of 45-50 mins. As a side note it took 3 times for the girl to get my name and address correct. After one hour I called to see where our order was. Was advised it was just coming out of the oven and should be sent soon. 30 mins later still no order Called again male employee maybe owner/manager answered. Once again I asked where is my order. After a brief hold he said my name which was incorrect when I corrected him he barked back"that's what we have in our system". Ok so where is my order. He now says maybe 10 mins. When I questioned the late delivery he HUNG UP on me. WTH. And guess what when pizza was delivered it was cold. I like supporting local businesses but 1:50 for a pizza is not acceptable even if it was hot. The rudeness of this person has been commented on before. We are done. read more

Could not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Ordered my pizza online via their website/Slice app at 6:18 - received an auto text message saying pickup window was between 6:37-6:52. Sent the hubby over to pick up around 6:45, and it is just shy of 7:30 and he is still not back. I call him and he is still there waiting and the employee said there are still two orders in front of ours. Absolutely wild. Went on a late Tuesday afternoon. Not a lot of people inside but I saw quite a few people picking up their call in orders. My aunt ordered a veggie calzone, I got the meatball sub and we shared the garlic fries. Everything came out hot and tasted fresh. Nothing tasted old or bland. Be warned the portions are huge!! The calzone was like a whole pizza folded in half!! I think 3 people could eat it. The crust of the calzone was straight perfection. You could see it had been buttered and then seasoned before baking. I could eat just that crust! The meatballs in the sub were gigantic and there was I believe 5 total. They really don't skimp. The fries were probably my favorite. I could have ate the whole bowl! Hot, crispy, and bursting with flavor. No soggy stale potatoes here. They weren't greasy and didn't taste of old grease either. I've eaten here a few times now. Hands down, the pizza is the best I've had in a long time, maybe ever. There's a lot of pizza's going out the front door for delivery and take out which probably explains why the kitchen can be a bit slow at times if you're dining in. I've also sampled the lasagna and found it to be delicious. The fettuccini alfredo and baked mostaccioli were also very good. All portions on the generous side. The chicken marsala was pretty good but the menu said "chicken breast" and I got some dark meat chicken. I've also sampled a couple sandwiches. I'd skip the Italian. It was a bit on the dry side. I would have liked more lettuce, tomato and dressing. The turkey sandwich is much better. The sandwich felt heavy when I first picked it up because it had so much meat in it. I found it a bit unusual that it was served warm because it had lettuce and tomato but served warm made the bread nice and crusty on the outside and it was still very good. OMG...Went to Viano's for lunch for the first time. Had their Spicy Rigatoni and it was by far, the BEST I've ever had. Soooo delicious and priced just right...$11.99. Was going to try their homemade Cannoli, but they only had large ones available and I wanted a mini. After getting our check, the waitress gave us each a large cannoli to take home for FREE! That's what I call excellent customer service. It's a small place but packs a huge punch!! This time the thin crust pizza was perfectly crunchy with a soft interior. It was not burned like many thin crusts can be. The toppings were perfect this time. We could taste and appreciate the cheese and tomatoes without the overpowering flavor of garlic (which should not have been there in the first place). I probably would have put more basil but that is just my preference. My husband was happy with his slices. The garlic fries were tasty and crunchy and the container was full.
