Second visit, I tried the 'Vibe fries' - these are grilled sweet potato fries with coconut bacon. Not as crispy as traditional fries, but yummy flavors. I was very impressed by their use of the coconut here. Third visit, I tried the Macro Bowl. This was a very filling serving. I took the remaining half home to enjoy at a later time. I'll add that this place feels like temple of good food. When I say "good" I mean, "intentionally good for your body". The nourishment is literally felt. I'm currently pregnant and not once have I felt apprehensive of what to order because their kitchen is 100% organic, Gluten free, and they do not use seed oils, soy, or refined sugars. The cost of the items is comparable to other restaurants but the serving size is smaller which makes sense given the higher cost to prepare. Had the protein plate with chicken. Made me think I'm used to over-flavored food with oils, salt and sweet and the food at Vibe is healthier that I should acclimate too. I did find the broccoli to be overcooked with no bite. Quite soft and on the mushy side. Had the Tahini Choc Chip cookie with sea salt flakes. Pass. Nothing special in terms of taste. As far as texture goes, didn't like that there was no crisp on the outside. Just one large soft baked good. Although I really liked the Breakfast Bowl and Fiesta Burrito, this time I was pretty disappointed by the Mediterranean bowl and Buddha Burger, both were surprisingly dry, the burger especially. The vibe fries were nice though, but they don't really make up for the dryness of the burger. The banana bread was decent, but I wish we had opted to get the blueberry lemon muffin, maybe in a future visit... I also feel like this is a better breakfast or brunch spot. this spot was actually recommended by my wife after she saw a TikTok about their breakfast burrito so naturally we had to try it. We went specifically for the breakfast burrito and the first thing that shocked me was the price it was about $23 which honestly is wild for a burrito and that was definitely an initial turnoff. Size wise it is pretty much your standard breakfast burrito nothing massive or over the top so from that standpoint alone I would say it is not really worth the price especially when you can get something similar elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. That said I do have to give credit where it is due because the flavor was really really good. The ingredients felt high quality and clean which you can tell they care about. The potatoes were cooked perfectly crispy on the outside soft on the inside the eggs were solid and the avocado was a nice touch. The cheddar cheese was not overpowering at all. The main protein was wild venison which definitely explains the price and honestly that is where most of the flavor came from. It was juicy tender and surprisingly flavorful and that part impressed me the most. Overall I would say it tastes great and the ingredients are solid but for $23 it is hard to justify as a consistent go to spot.
