I have been a loyal supporter of Vibe since they first opened, supporting their different locations over the years. As a local yoga teacher, I've also regularly recommended Vibe to my students as a place to grab a clean, healthy meal after class. I've always loved their food, ingredients, and the welcoming energy I've experienced there, which makes what happened today incredibly disappointing. I came in today around 12:30 and ordered two items totaling about $32. I only had a $50 bill, and the employee at the register, who I was told was named Jenn, abruptly told me they had no change. Before I could even finish speaking, she erased my order and immediately started taking a phone order. What she didn't allow me to explain was that I wanted to ADD something to my order so change wouldn't be an issue. When she finished her call, I explained this and asked to add another item. She flat-out told me no, said it was "too late," and told me she didn't want to help me. When I asked why she was being so rude and dismissive, she repeatedly responded by telling me that I was rude. I asked if another employee could help me and was told everyone was busy. I asked for a manager and was dismissed again. Not having change wasn't the problem. The way I was treated was the problem. There were multiple easy ways to resolve the situation, and instead I was spoken to disrespectfully and made to feel unwelcome at a business I've supported and recommended for years. I do want to recognize Jessica and the women working in the back, who were incredibly kind to me afterward. Jessica showed exactly the warmth and professionalism I've always associated with Vibe. I'm beyond disappointed. I sincerely hope ownership sees this because this interaction was completely inconsistent with the Vibe I've known and supported for so many years. read more

Second visit, I tried the 'Vibe fries' - these are grilled sweet potato fries with coconut bacon. Not as crispy as traditional fries, but yummy flavors. I was very impressed by their use of the coconut here. Third visit, I tried the Macro Bowl. This was a very filling serving. I took the remaining half home to enjoy at a later time. I'll add that this place feels like temple of good food. When I say "good" I mean, "intentionally good for your body". The nourishment is literally felt. I'm currently pregnant and not once have I felt apprehensive of what to order because their kitchen is 100% organic, Gluten free, and they do not use seed oils, soy, or refined sugars. Overall, the food was pretty good, but unfortunately, our experience was mostly disappointing because of the service. When we ordered at the counter, I specifically asked them to remove the onions from my dish and add cheese instead. I was charged for the extra cheese, but when my food arrived, there was no cheese at all. Later, we decided to order lemonade. We clearly asked for lemonade, but we were given tea instead. So, unfortunately, both of our orders were handled incorrectly. I also have to mention the service at the counter. The employee was not friendly at all -- no greeting, no smile, and overall he seemed very tired and unhappy to be there. Of course, everyone can have a bad day, but when mistakes are made with your order and the service is also unpleasant, it really affects the whole experience. I tried their ultimate breakfast burrito which consists of 3 pasture raised eggs, wild venison, raw cheddar, crispy potatoes, avocado and cilantro-lime crema in a gluten-free Coyotas tortilla and it was delicious! Although I really liked the Breakfast Bowl and Fiesta Burrito, this time I was pretty disappointed by the Mediterranean bowl and Buddha Burger, both were surprisingly dry, the burger especially. The vibe fries were nice though, but they don't really make up for the dryness of the burger. this spot was actually recommended by my wife after she saw a TikTok about their breakfast burrito so naturally we had to try it. We went specifically for the breakfast burrito and the first thing that shocked me was the price it was about $23 which honestly is wild for a burrito and that was definitely an initial turnoff. Size wise it is pretty much your standard breakfast burrito nothing massive or over the top so from that standpoint alone I would say it is not really worth the price especially when you can get something similar elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. That said I do have to give credit where it is due because the flavor was really really good. The ingredients felt high quality and clean which you can tell they care about. The potatoes were cooked perfectly crispy on the outside soft on the inside the eggs were solid and the avocado was a nice touch. The cheddar cheese was not overpowering at all. The main protein was wild venison which definitely explains the price and honestly that is where most of the flavor came from. It was juicy tender and surprisingly flavorful and that part impressed me the most. Overall I would say it tastes great and the ingredients are solid but for $23 it is hard to justify as a consistent go to spot. The cost of the items is comparable to other restaurants but the serving size is smaller which makes sense given the higher cost to prepare. Had the protein plate with chicken.
