A bit hard to get to, and still fairly new, but it seems like a fun place to come with friends and reminds me of California.

If no one else was there, I would have licked my plate clean! Definitely coming back (and ordering the seafood ravioli AGAIN!!!) before we head back home. My original post was on Monday night, Jan 5th. We came back AGAIN tonight, Jan. 7th to enjoy their awesome food before heading back to Hawaii on Thursday !!! Service was excellent and we love the vibe of this restaurant.

The restaurant is absolutely adorable inside, with a fun mix of flamingos and palm trees. A special shoutout to our server, Callie, who was incredibly helpful and made our visit even better. I asked for plain fettuccine Alfredo, and they were more than happy to customize it for me and even added broccoli upon my request. The rest of our group enjoyed the Bolognese, lasagna, and spaghetti with meatballs. We also ordered the focaccia tower, which comes with a side of homemade alfredo sauce. The house salad was very good and the balsamic dressing was tasty! The best part was the fresh shaved Parmesan on top. Also, all of their sauces are made in-house, and it's locally owned. If you're in the area, definitely give Palma Italian Kitchen a try and support local! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will absolutely be back the next time we're in Orlando!

It looks so small on the outside but it's a big establishment. Based on aesthetics it looks really amazing. Our bartender was really nice and charismatic, talking to everyone at the bar table. My girlfriend loved the smokiness of their drink and I liked my espresso martini. They weren't too strong, and a bit on the pricier side. It wasn't one of the best espresso martinis I've had, but decently tasty.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I feel compelled to…read moreshare it. From the moment we arrived, we felt unfairly judged. As the hostess walked away from our table, she commented that our group was going to be "nothing but a problem." The basis for that assumption? One member of our party had simply helped clear and organize the table to make the seating process easier and faster for the staff. Yes, we were a lively group. We were on vacation, having a great time at Disney, laughing and enjoying each other's company. What we were not was intoxicated. The situation escalated when one of our friends was accused of being drunk and our entire party of 10 was asked to leave. The problem is that she wasn't intoxicated at all. What makes this especially troubling is that our friend has worked incredibly hard to maintain her sobriety and recently celebrated 12 months alcohol-free through AA. To be publicly accused of being drunk after reaching such a significant milestone was humiliating, heartbreaking, and completely unnecessary. When we brought our concerns to the General Manager, Scott, we expected leadership. We expected someone who would take a moment to assess the situation, listen to both sides, and use his own judgment. Instead, he simply stated that he trusted his employees and made no effort to independently evaluate what had happened. A manager's job isn't to blindly accept accusations. A manager's job is to gather facts, assess the situation, and make informed decisions. In this case, Scott failed to do that. As a result, the restaurant lost a party of 10 customers. More importantly, they deeply hurt someone who has spent the last year fighting for her sobriety. That's the part of this experience we won't forget. Everyone makes mistakes. Great restaurants acknowledge them, learn from them, and treat people with dignity. Unfortunately, this experience was defined by assumptions, poor judgment, and a complete lack of empathy from both the staff and management.

I had the brisket sandwich and it wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything amazing either. I also upgraded to the truffle fries and honestly, not really worth it. The fries were just okay too. I got a spicy margarita and I feel like tajín would've made way more sense than the sugar rim they used. One thing I did notice was the service. Nobody really checked in on us and at the end I had to walk up to the bar because my tab was never closed out. When I asked about it, the waiter looked a little bothered that I even asked and said he'd go find somebody else, even though he was supposed to be our server. Not the biggest issue ever, just something I noticed that made the service feel a little inattentive overall. Overall, not horrible, but probably not somewhere I'd personally go back to.

My husband got the beer that was released for the triple crown series and it's one of his favorites. He really enjoys it. I tried the strawberry cream ale and found that I really enjoyed it. For dinner, my husband got the hamburger and said that he wouldn't have put the jam on it. He got it on the side, but even when he put on, even though it was very little, overpowered the taste of the burger. I got the special for the month of May, which was a taco salad and while the meat was delicious, it was actually too much of it. I would've liked to have more lettuce in my actual salad.

The hotel lobby was very clean and sleek, and the concierge were very nice and communicative! The restaurant is just inside on the first floor, and was very well presented. It was very slow this morning for brunch, and we had no problems finding a place to sit with our little 2 month old boy! The staff served us quickly, and explained each of their recommendations. I'm so glad we listened because each of the items were beautifully presented, and so so delicious. We started with the tuna pizza, mainly because we were curious, and that was the most unique take on pizza/seafood in my opinion. The tuna was so fresh, the garlic aioli complimented very well with the crisp cracker/crust. I had the Ette Norwegian Benedict and was very happy. The smoked salmon was very tasty, and the side arugula and avocado salad was very fresh. Maddie had the lobster roll which absolutely slapped! Lastly, we were recommended the AB Chocolate in a cup, and WOW you must try this! Very warm nutella chocolate cake at the bottom, vanilla ice cream all the way to the top of the cup, and topped with a hard chocolate disk and banana foam. It was honestly one of the top desserts I have ever had. We shared one, but so tempted to order another one! I can't wait to come back and try some of their cocktails sometime with dinner!

He is not only managing a phenomenal team but he is so incredibly available to diners! Made us feel like VIPs! Naomi, the hostess, clearly knows what she is doing and made sure every single thing went smoothly! It was my first time at a Michelin star restaurant and the mixologist, Marcel, literally came by to ask about preferences and created a unique cocktail for me! Service could literally not get better!! Aidan and Daniel, just WOW!!! Like wow! If I say wow one more time you'll probably stop reading but that's just how amazing they were! Daniel picked every single dish we ate and we loved every single dish!! The tuna pizza, MY GOD! The otoro (fatty tuna), MY GOD! Like every single thing was amazing!!! Ambiance is dope, exactly what you'd expect at a Michel star restaurant! Absolute 5 star! Jump over to ette for my hotel review!
