Bread was amazingggg. I believe it is made from a grandmothers recipe and it was great. The pasta was good but the sauce was a bit watered down this day but had good flavor. Service was good. It looks very nice on the inside not very big but nice.

Palma Italian Kitchen has a beautifully curated ambiance with an aesthetically pleasing interior and a very cute bar that sets a great tone for the evening. We were excited to try the menu and started with the filet Gorgonzola flatbread, which was absolutely delicious and definitely the highlight of our meal. Unfortunately, the experience was slightly dampened by a service hiccup -- we ordered two entrées and an appetizer, but only one entrée and the appetizer were brought to the table. Due to time constraints, we had to skip the missing dish. While the staff was accommodating and understanding, it was still a bit disappointing. The chicken parmesan we did receive was decent but didn't quite stand out -- I'd likely try something different next time. That said, I'd definitely come back to try more dishes and get the full experience, especially given how great the flatbread was. Worth a visit, especially if you're in the mood for a cozy setting and a great starter!

I was headed to Olive Garden and saw this place in a strip mall so I changed plans. I was seated right away and given a menu. I was brought water right away, but no bread. In fact I never got bread. I have never been to an Italian place that did that. I ordered the chicken parm. They serve this with fettuccine serve. Marinara on the chicken but Alfredo on the pasta, thought that was strange. The salad was an abundance of spring mix, some other veggies and a really bad vinaigrette dressing. They were good enough to swap the fettuccine Alfredo on the chicken parm with spaghetti. The sauce on both was very sparse, and was more like crushed tomatoes than sauce. The chicken was over cooked and the breading was very coarse. It was smothered in what I think was arugala. I could not remove it without removing the parmesean cheese, it was not a good addition. The server did not check on me very often, so I wasn't impressed with the service either. Seldom do I like a chain over a locally owned place but I wish I had gone to Olive garden. THis place was really bad!

We had a very medium experience here. I think I need to give them a second chance, maybe, but im not rushing to do so. We made a reservation, and when we arrived we were told it would be another 10 minutes while a large party finished up. After 15 minutes we realized the large party was just having dessert deliver so we opted to sit at the bar for our meal. The large party left the restaurants just 10 minutes before us, so the reservation did us no good. At the bar we were giving a happy hour menu, which included "select domestic draft beers" for $4. "Select calls" for $6. And "house cocktails" for $8. Based on this verbiage I think it would be safe to assume that some beer, some calls, and all house cocktails are on happy hour. I ordered a house cocktail from the house cocktail list and was told when I got the check that the one cocktails I chose (a pistachio drink that appears to no longer be on the menu online) was the only cocktail not included. How convenient. We ordered the pistachio drink and an espresso martini, both were not well balanced. I wouldn't order either again. I think beer and wine are the move here, since the bartender didn't seem to be experienced and had to look up the recipes for each drink. We ordered the appetizer meatballs, which very flavorful, but had an odd, grainy texture. We also got the whipped ricotta app, no complaints. For mains we got the chicken parmesan. This had to be sent back and removed from the bill due to an off putting texture of the chicken. I've had this happen at other restaurants, and it's not their fault but the manager did say "it's been happening a lot lately" so maybe find a new chicken provider? Or warn people? Or test it first? To replace the chicken, we ordered a prosciutto and Arugula pizza. As with most things here, the flavor was great and there was fresh mozzarella, but the consistency was off. The dough was very chewy, and hard to eat. Finally, we ordered the short rib risotto. This is the item that's making me think the restaurant deserves another chance. If they can perfect short ribs and risotto, someone in the kitchen knows what they are doing. The restaurant is pretty, and the bar seats are pretty comfortable, but it would have been nice to be at a table with our reservation. The staff seemed overwhelmed and under prepared. The bar tender was definitely in over his head and was not friendly or intuitive. The end.

First of all, the service is OUTSTANDING! We stayed almost until closing time and got a little family history of the owner, how his grandma's last bottle of red wine is featured as a centerpiece at the bar, her photos frame the kitchen, and all the paintings were done my staff and family. We ordered an array of dishes (see photos). I only wish the wings are tastier, the tiramisu has more mascarpone cheese, and the espresso in which lady fingers are soaked is stronger. The restaurant is open yet cozy, totally instagramable!

From the moment I walked in, the staff set the tone with warm, genuinely friendly service. Despite the bustle of a large party dining at the same time, the team moved with impressive efficiency, delivering dishes promptly without sacrificing quality or attention. The food itself was excellent, showcasing a kitchen confident in its craft. The brick-oven pizza is authentically prepared, complete with the signature char that true aficionados know is not only intentional but essential -- a kiss of smoke that elevates every bite. I opted for the hot honey pizza, a delightful balance of sweet and savory. While I personally wouldn't have minded an extra touch of heat, a dash of red pepper flakes brought it right into perfection territory. A thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish -- and absolutely a place I plan to return to.

The food at Palma is amazing! we wanted to try some of the new items so we started with the Godfather nachos and they were absolutely delicious. never had anything like it. Then we had the burrata with bruschetta and it was so fresh and I literally could eat it everyday. For dinner we had the hot honey pizza which was incredible, then we had the italian sausage with the fresh ricotta pasta 10/10 so good. We also tried the cacio de pepe with the steak and it was phenomenal. For dessert we had the chocolate cake and it's probably the best chocolate cake i've ever had, no exaggeration. the drinks, the service, all of it was amazing!! looking forward to eating here again.

    Seafood Ravioli. My FAV!!!

I'm from Hawaii, attending a children's ministry conference at the Omni and found this gem through Yelp. Their seafood ravioli was AMAZING! If no one else was there, I would have licked my plate clean! Definitely coming back (and ordering the seafood ravioli AGAIN!!!) before we head back home. My original post was on Monday night, Jan 5th. We came back AGAIN tonight, Jan. 7th to enjoy their awesome food before heading back to Hawaii on Thursday !!! Service was excellent and we love the vibe of this restaurant.

**A Slice of Italian Heaven at Palma Italian Kitchen! ** We stopped by Palma Italian Kitchen for dinner tonight, and wow--what a treat! From the moment we sat down, our amazing waitress Bethany made us feel like VIPs, and the food? Let's just say it was love at first bite! This charming, locally owned gem is truly one of a kind and absolutely *must* be on your foodie bucket list. We started off with the mushroom arancini, which were cheesy, crispy little bites of heaven. My husband couldn't stop raving about his braised short-rib parpadelle (seriously, I barely got a bite!). I went for the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, and it was creamy perfection. Meanwhile, the kids were all smiles devouring their cheese pizza and spaghetti with meatballs. The portion sizes? Just right! Not too much, not too little--Goldilocks would approve. And for dessert, we indulged in the New York-style cheesecake topped with fresh strawberries. Let's just say I'll be dreaming about that cheesecake for days! Palma is definitely a spot worth checking out--trust me, you won't leave disappointed!

Extremely friendly staff! They did however mess up our pizza order, so they comped it, great customer service. The lemon gnocchi was exceptionally flavorful. There was a large family dining together, and they were obnoxiously loud. This did reduce our enjoyment of this quaint eatery, as there was no escaping the noise.

Love the food ,the vibes, and the customer service. Only thing that threw me off was the watered down cocktails. Stingy with the liquor.

Great service and probably one of the best Italian restaurants I have had in Florida. If in the area it is a must have!

As a self-proclaimed pizza and wing snob, I don't hand out 5-star reviews very often. Flippers…read morePizza absolutely earned it. Our group ordered three different pizzas so we could sample a variety of flavors, and every one of them was outstanding. The Honey Badger was the clear MVP. The combination of sweet honey, spicy peppers, and perfectly balanced toppings knocked it out of the ballpark. The Triple Pepperoni was exactly what a pepperoni lover wants--loaded with pepperoni without overwhelming the pizza. The Hawaiian was another winner, with a great balance of ham, pineapple, cheese, and sauce. What really sets Flippers apart is the crust. It had the perfect char from the oven, just the right amount of chew, and folded beautifully without falling apart. That's the sign of a great pizza. Every bite delivered. We also ordered 16 wings--half Buffalo and half BBQ. They were oven-baked rather than deep-fried, so they weren't going to compete with my favorite wing spots. Still, they were flavorful, cooked well, and disappeared quickly. I'd order them again, even if the pizza is the real star of the show. Finally, every great pizza has to pass my ultimate test... How does it taste cold the next day? Flippers passed with flying colors. If a pizza is still fantastic straight out of the refrigerator, you know you've found a winner. If I lived in Orlando, Flippers would be in my regular rotation without question. Five stars, well deserved.

When we arrived around 5 pm on a Saturday there was available seating but within about 20 minutes the place was filled to capacity. I watched as a steady stream of people came in and out to get pickup orders and pie after pie and box after box came out from the kitchen. The restaurant is comfortable for dine in experience, and can fit a couple of large parties and the pizza really was delicious. We ordered a regular cheese pie and a regular pepperoni, and also breadsticks. The pizza was bursting with flavor and you can taste the quality ingredients. It was nice and thin, cooked perfectly. The dipping sauce for the bread was so fresh and tasted like fresh tomatoes. So good. Unfortunately, I wasn't a major fan of the breadsticks. They were too dense for my taste and lacked garlic sauce or seasoning. I think the bread bites might be the better option based on pics I've seen here on Yelp. They look smaller and more seasoned, so I will give those a try next time. Aylin attended us, and we informed her it was our first time trying Flippers and she explained the menu and ingredients and had such a lovely, cheerful, and warm personality. There was an unfortunate delay with our order, but Aylin really took it upon herself to make sure that my family and I left more than happy and satisfied. She really is such a sweetheart and kudos to her. Overall, I would say this might be my new favorite pizza and I will definitely try Flippers again!
