I recently went on a Sunday brunch date at Noble Crust with my 20-year-old son, and as always, it did not disappoint! First, let me say that I really enjoy going to Noble Crust. Whether I'm sitting at the bar by myself or at a table, I always enjoy the food and the atmosphere. But that Sunday was even better because I was accompanied by my son. Our server, Danielke, was amazing! She was attentive, patient, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Of course, I had to get their mimosa. I mean, who doesn't have a mimosa on Sunday? My son went with the strawberry lemonade. He ordered the chicken and waffles, while I had the shrimp and grits. Let me tell you the shrimp was flavorful, with just the right amount of spice, and the sausage added even more flavor. And those grits? Just perfect! Creamy, delicious, and the perfect complement to the shrimp. It was the perfect Sunday brunch date, good food, great service, a wonderful atmosphere, and quality time with my son. Please be sure to Check my photos ... a delicious steak and eggs sub French fries (had to re do the steak) BUT they got it right the way my husband enjoys his steaks. I had the Salmon eggs Benedict WOW! I would've never thought to add fish and eggs together for breakfast! Amazingly executed dish! I also enjoy the white sangria off the brunch menu! Additionally an order of fresh chicken tenders. My plate came with little smashed fries potatoes as well. Everything was tasty and fresh. Can't go wrong with such fresh food and a price point of around $70 for everything. Additionally, our wait was only about 10-15 on an early Saturday afternoon. My bestie is in town from Ohio. Decided to change our original plans last minute. I randomly chose Noble Crust Wiregrass because it is close to my house. So glad I did. I made a reservation. This is highly recommended especially on a Friday evening. They are pretty busy. We set near where the food is done. At first I was not sure about that spot. But it wasn't too bad. Our server was really sweet. Very personable and attentive. I hate I forgot her name. Anyhow. We ordered a drink. I had the Lemongrass Gimlet. So so good. And my friend got a frozen Pina colada. She enjoyed it. Food.... Appetizers were the Brussel sprouts and the skillet garlic knots. Both were really good. For my dinner I got the pepperoni pizza with hot honey on the side. So so good. We scored 2 seats at the bar and the bartenders were great and they had runners bring out the food. I wanted something familiar and delicious, and this was close to my hotel, so I went, and I'm glad I did! The staff greeted me nicely, sat me promptly, and took care of me the whole time. It took a while to decide, and I finally went with their wings and a pepperoni pizza. I mean is that an American dinner or what? The wings were super crispy and for breaded wings, they weren't overly heavy. The sauce was delicious and the ranch dressing should win an award! I almost asked for more to do shots! Then the pizza came and even though I ate all the wings, I ate all but two slices of pizza! Man that was good... the crust was perfect, the cup and char pepperoni was done nicely, and the flavor was spot on. I loved it and it was worth it for sure. They had full meals (chicken parm and other pasta dishes) and other lighter options too (salads). They also had the non-traditional pizzas with things like mortadella and arugula too. So more than likely, something for everyone (including a Vegan pizza). Service was spectacular with the waitress stopping by numerous times to refill my half-off wine (Wednsdays IYKYK) and water and soda and just checking if I needed anything. This was my first time at this Noble Crust location and my love for Noble Crust continues. I always enjoy the industrial styled decor, it feels welcoming and is also very appealing to the eye. We ate here for lunch, it wasn't too busy and we were seated quickly. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. I ordered the breakfast pizza - this is one of my favorite items at Noble Crust and every time I've ever ordered it, it's a 10/10. First time at Noble Crust and will continue the drive from Spring Hill to visit again. As expected on Fathers Day weekend it was packed! We had reservations and we're seated with no wait. I have lived here for years and I stand by this. Recently dined again a couple weeks ago for brunch and had the FGBLT as well as the Shrimp and Grits. Both dishes were fantastic and I was impressed with the shrimp and grits, I don't even care for grits like that. Had high hopes for the restaurant and was pretty disappointed. Came with family and I ordered a mocktail that tasted like cough medicine. Waitress was nice about it and swapped it out. Ordered the fried chicken which was delicious, but they were out of the watermelon salad. I was offered the option to replace it with another side and ended up being charged for the side. When questioned if that was a mistake we were told it was correct. They gave us complimentary beignets and we didn't know they were beignets until we asked what the gooey filling was. We only ever go to Noble Crust for brunch because the vibe is always right, however the last 2 times we've been the kitchen has not been what it used to be. The previous visit I ordered chicken and waffles and they didn't have syrup and this time I ordered the chicken biscuit with egg and gravy and the biscuit was hard(my husband had the same and his biscuit was worse than mine). We were sat near the bar, which they had a college football game on. I got the Bronzed salmon, mainly wanting something light & refreshing. When I saw that the Bronzed salmon on the menu, I was hoping for a bright lemony taste, however the lemon butter sauce barely had a lemon taste. The Calabrian chili oil was also just a splash on the top, as an afterthought rather than sprinkled around the dish. Other than these two minor faults, the overall dish was delicious. This was my first time getting it and I was very pleased! The chicken was friend perfectly and the bun was soft and delish. I also asked for hot honey on the side to drizzle on the sandwich. I ordered the truffle fries with it as well and OMG. so good! The aioli with it balanced all of the flavors out well. I also had two cocktails: The Love of Lavender and The Sunnyslope Spritz. I definitely recommend it! We also got the truffle fries, and burrata carpese which were really good! I was too nervous to eat the bread because I hate having extra hard bread with my dishes. But it was soft , buttery and good. My friend had the Caesar salad and added shrimp and she said it was really good and I had the eggplant Parmesan, which was probably the best eggplant Parmesan I have had! It also has a underlining sweet taste to it. On the menu it says a tomato jam. It had a nice little touch to the dish. I definitely want to come back just to get that into the lavender drink! Our server, María, did an amazing job recommending dishes and explaining the menu in detail, even with our group of about 15 people. I ordered the bruschettas with burrata cheese, which were delicious, though the portion of burrata was a bit small. However, the flavors were still incredible. I also tried the risotto, a new addition to the menu, and was pleasantly surprised by its Caribbean touch--definitely a flavorful option. My go-to dish at Noble Crust has always been the beef ragù, but this time, I decided to try something different. As for drinks, if you enjoy Aperol, the Sunnylope Spritz is a great choice--refreshing and well-balanced. The waiter was much accommodating when we asked for more toast. For the main event, we split two Benedicts: the light and zesty Bronze Salmon Benny and the hearty Braised Beef Benny. Both were served on crispy buttermilk biscuits with perfectly poached eggs. For our side, we chose the crispy potatoes. The ambience was just right for a rainy day brunch with a cozy, upscale bar area vibe. Noble Crust never disappoints, and this visit was no exception. We started out with old fashioneds made with Buffalo Trace. Not only were they very enjoyable well made - they were super reasonable. For my main course, I went with salmon. What a pleasant surprise. I substituted out the potatoes for spinach. Everything was perfect. I really really enjoyed the salmon. Instead of potatoes, I added an optional Caesar salad for $3. Yes only $3. And it was just perfect. Couldn't resist - we ordered a second round of cocktails. And yes - only $10 per drink. Wow. When it came time to dessert could not resist - I had a single espresso and a wonderful chocolate dessert. They actually really care here. Met the shift manager who we will see again. I tried last minute to get reservations for Sunday brunch, but since none were available, my friend and I decided to just show up and hope for the best. Fortunately, this strategy worked, and we were shown to a two-top in the front of the restaurant, what I would consider their Florida room. It was a little warm in that area with the sun shining directly on the windows, but still bearable. I started with a simple Bellini with peach nectar and prosecco which was quite good. There were so many things that sounds delicious on their brunch menu, but I ended up going with the Avocado Toast + Egg, served with fingerling potatoes. This meal was really good, I loved that I could get the eggs over easy instead of poached. I did not love the garlic butter ciabatta bread it was served on, because I'm not a huge garlic fan, but the potatoes were actually perfect, which made up for it. Service was friendly and efficient, and although the space we were sat was warm, I don't think it was quite as loud as the main dining room was, which was a nice perk.
