Vic and his assistant were amazing! Recently had some water damage that was dried out professionally. We needed some patchwork/painting done to repair the water damage, and while we were at it, needed some things around the house that we had been putting off - doors not shutting properly, touch up paint, recessed light replacements, caulking. First of all, Vic was punctual on the dot. He came in with all of his supplies and went to work. The patchwork was flawless - no one would know work was done if not for the fresh paint! He was able to fix our fidgety front door to close properly when countless other people had failed - the door now closes air-tight and allows our August lock to work properly again! We hired him to do the trim mouldings around the house as well as the windows at first, and after we noticed what a great job was completed we just kept asking him and his team to do more work; install a sink faucet, fix some cabinet drawers, lower the height of a granite counter (which every other contractor was hesitant to do and tried to charge an arm 'n leg for it), add reducers to kitchen and back door, changed all door knobs AND hinges, installed our front door handle/lock, fixed and updated 5-8 door frames, hung new light fixtures above the counter, added blinds to our windows, and countless touchups and little fixes around the house. He is prompt at responding and quick to stop by (if his schedule permits of course) or send one of his team members to check out the issue and then they are quick to schedule when they can come back. Vic has worked on our home for multiple different issues that required a handyman and plumber. We were out of hot water for one day and he sent someone over the following morning to inspect and replace our entire water heater (it was very old). Our door lock wasn't working properly and he came over that day to check it out and fixed it on the spot. He also checked part of the attic for water leaks and helped explain some damage to a painted area. I had estimated about 5 hours and he finish and cleaned up in 5.5 hours. I have never before written a yelp review but i just had to take the time to give credit where credit is due. If your looking for an excellent handyman look no further! I emailed Vic and he came later the same day to look at the job and give a quote. I had just had another handyman at my home to repair large holes in my bedroom doors from locks that were put in place by the previous owner. And to fix a miss aligned door. The other handyman did a poor job and I needed someone to come a fix it quickly. Vic came to my rescue! His listened to what I needed, understood what I was unhappy with from the previous guy and assured me that he would do it right. He luckily had time for me that week and showed up with his helper Carlos on time and ready for work. They worked hard all day focused on the task at hand.
