I spoke with the staff and included in…read morethe initial paperwork that my dog was not crate trained because it causes her significant anxiety and that she should not be placed in one while waiting to be groomed and was assured that she wouldn't be. I double checked when I dropped her off that this was feasible in the workflow and let them know that I was available to pick her up as soon as she was ready to prevent any need to place her in a crate. When I went to pick her up for simple grooming service, they informed me she was so scared during the service that 2 staff had to hold her down and yet continued to complete the service. I was not informed of this until I picked her up. Needless to say we will not be returning. If you have a dog who can be anxious during grooming, I'd recommend going to a different place. We have had much more success with a groomer that is more personable and conscientious

This is when it changed. I am acutely aware of this because a few months earlier she had walked me through the fatal heart condition of my rat terrier. And she know rat terriers because she has one. And I was so glad to have her with me, alongside on this journey, as we ented into my dogs last stage of life and a treatment plan. And then Dr. Burnett was just gone. No warning, nothing. And since then I and my three pets have been bounced around between vets labeled Dr. Staff Veterinarian on appointments. No consistentcy. And the brother to my elderly rat terrier also got ill, and the service has been atrocious. I have been told by one of these visiting vets how much they typically don't like rat terriers. I have been told I have to wait for "my" visiting vet to come back on staff to interpret test results before meds are prescribed for a sick dog until the next day (the results were there) because it was now 5:00 and the new permanent vet wanted to leave (I got this in a text) when I had called earlier that day for results. So I'm just sad. I have two elderly dogs who have received 10 years of really great care from Dr. Burnett, but now that they are dying, Lawndale Vets is turning their back on them. If anyone knows if Dr. Burnett has taken up with a new practice, please let me know?

Because of their different needs, we reserved one of the townhouse suites and arranged individual playtime for them. Anna checked us in and patiently reviewed the detailed instructions I provided regarding Sadie's two prescribed eye medications, feeding schedule, and overall care. She immediately gave me confidence that my babies were in good hands. I especially want to recognize Tiffany, the Manager at PetSuites. Her compassion, professionalism, and leadership transformed one of the most stressful moments of my vacation into one where I genuinely felt heard, supported, and valued as a customer. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into an extremely stressful trip, delayed luggage, travel complications, and unexpected financial issues that left me overwhelmed by the time I needed to arrange pickup. When I spoke with Tiffany, she could hear how emotional I was. She listened without judgment, stayed compassionate and professional, and worked with me to solve the problem. She didn't just resolve an issue, she demonstrated what exceptional leadership and customer service look like. Tiffany represented PetSuites with empathy, integrity, and genuine care, and that made all the difference. Anyone can provide good service when everything goes perfectly. True customer service shows up when a customer is worried, emotional, or dealing with the unexpected, and Tiffany showed patience, accountability, and genuine care from start to finish. That says a lot about her character and about how this location is run. I also want to recognize Brandy and the rest of the staff. They were attentive and professional throughout. The Paw Reports showed Sadie and Cooper getting their scheduled playtime, and when we picked them up, they were healthy, happy, and clearly excited to see us, just anxious to get back home with their family. Even though I was over 2,000 miles away, the communication and updates helped reassure me that Sadie and Cooper were receiving the love and attention they deserved. This was our second time boarding with PetSuites, and this stay confirmed why we keep coming back. I take great pride in how my dogs are cared for, and I don't trust them to just anyone. PetSuites gave them a true home away from home. Thank you, Tiffany, for leading such an outstanding team, and thank you to Anna, Brandy, and everyone at PetSuites for treating Sadie and Cooper as if they were your own. We had an incident where our puppy was attacked by another dog, and the staff wasn't able to remedy this in a timely fashion. They also did not remove the animal that attacked her from the general population (animal is still there). Both the handling of the situation and their response were handled poorly. Insufficient training, staffing issues, and general management are all to blame here. The volume of negative views, and the common themes among all of these, should provide sufficient indication of the experience you can expect. I highly recommend reading the other reviews here so you know what you are getting in to.
