Whew, more like "high and dry" cleaners. I dropped off a few items and was told they'd be ready 2 days later at 5 pm. Upon arriving a day after they were supposed to be done, they unsympathetically said it's not done yet, and they had no idea when they'd be finished. Unfortunately, I absolutely needed these clothes for work. After calling their main location, I was able to track down the items and was told to drive to the Pensacola location to retrieve them. Fortunately, I spoke to a very friendly person at the Pensacola location who delivered them to the gulf breeze location. In the end, after scrambling, panicking, and basically begging for my clothes back, I got them 2 days late, and some still dirty. If it wasn't for the incredible lady in the Pensacola location, my job would have been in jeopardy with no work clothes as a new hire.No one even apologized or seemed to care that they didn't know where my clothes where or when they'd be done except for that one person. I would give them 0 stars if I could. This is the worst interaction I have ever had with a business and I will never be giving them my business again and neither should you. They ruined my wedding dress and took no responsibility. I dropped off my wedding dress because they said on the website they preserve them. It took a week to get it back and every time I would go ask they would say "it should have come in today." Then when it was finally back it was discolored. They said they would try to fix it and I could put in a claim if they couldn't. They then lost my dress for an entire month and I would call every other day and they said the manager would be calling me back. She over a month later. After they found the dress they said it wasn't their fault it was ruined and I could pick up my dress. Once I got home I saw it also had a tear in the dress and I called them to tell them it had also been torn and not just discolored. They said they never saw a rip and its not their fault. Unfortunately, this could have all been avoided because my husband had also used this dry cleaner and didn't tell me until my dress was already ruined that his uniform for our wedding had also been ripped but he didn't think it was a bug deal. I will never go to Vicks again for dry-cleaning services. They ruined a brand new black shirt of mine a year ago. I dropped it back off after LAST Christmas and was advised that the Owner would call me promptly. Today marks the 1 yr anniversary of me waiting on said Owner to give me a call to discuss the shirt. I am so fortunate that my parents have more class than Vicks and game me a brand new same shirt for Christmas again this year. I hope that the Owner of Vicks is enjoying the shirt that they ruined of mine bc they will never see another dollar of mine. read more

I dropped off a new blue shirt that had only been worn once to be cleaned, and when I picked it up, there was loss of color and black marks (not starch) on the collar. Neither the loss of color nor black marks were present when I dropped the shirt off. I showed the shirt to the staff working and they agreed that something had happened to the shirt and recommended having the shirt looked at by their cleaner and also filling out a complaint form so that the manager would call me to discuss further. The manager never called, so 2 weeks later I went to the store to inquire about the shirt. The staff at the store said that nothing else could be done and that I would have to talk to the manager. This time they gave me her number. I called her immediately and she said that she would check into what happened with the shirt and call me back. 3 weeks later she still has not called me back. read more

Wow - what a rip off! We just moved here from a Atlanta and needed to get some clothes cleaned. I never thought to ask how much it would cost and incorrectly assumed it would be reasonable! I paid 2 to 3 times as much as I am use to in the city! Ladies pants were $6 for cleaning. Repairing one leg of a paint that had come unhemmed was $14! I will never go here again.
