I called the receptionist multiple times over a period of two weeks, but she was not able to get hold of Marcus (the owner) to provide me a schedule. After two weeks of continuous calling, Marcus finally told me that the work has been done. He charged me more than 800 dollars (even with discount), but ironically I couldn't notice the difference of their pruning/trimming service. I requested them to schedule another time to prune my trees. They act promptly and it was scheduled to be the next day. In the end I am feeling better, but the experience working with them is not pleasing. Their management is just terrible. They are not responsive by any means and they over-charge for the work they have done. Don't be deceived by the high review score of this company on Google Review. This company has changed its owner from Patrick to Marcus. Most of the good reviews are from the previous owner's time.

Later that day, I got a text from the…read moreperson I was supposed to have the appointment with saying they didn't know they had an appointment. I tried to reschedule, and didn't get a reply. I don't really see any point in trying to contact them again, since they're apparently extremely disorganized, and there are approximately 500 other tree services in the Austin area. I'm sure I can find someone else to waste some more of my time, and maybe eventually I'll find someone competent.

They damaged our basketball hoop stand (the part that holds water at the bottom was slashed and we ended up throwing it away) and our baby tree in the backyard was hacked up by a weed eater MULTIPLE times to the point that it died and we are now having to replace. My husband called them to cancel and let them know about the damages and while they did apologize, they offered nothing for compensation to make right of the situation. I'm glad others have great experiences. Unfortunately that wasn't the case for us. Back to mowing ourselves.

They did a lot of significant legwork with our insurance company throughout the process. I am really pleased with how they went to bat with insurance and pressed them to cover the maximum repairs possible, including bringing the repair items on our older home up to this year's code. Since I have never made a claim on my homeowner's policy before, I am very happy with how helpful Ryan and the team were with getting insurance to cover what our policy states it should for these repairs. Several of our neighbors also had Quality work on their roof and/or siding after this storm, and everyone has been pleased with the work. Ryan is very knowledgeable and was helpful throughout the process. If you also have a complex exterior roof/siding repair that you'll be making a claim for, I highly recommend them.
