We enjoyed our time here. The service was fast and friendly. We ordered a box of assorted pastries. They were all fresh and delicious. We tried guava and cheese, cheese, coconut and pumpkin and cheese. Our favourite was the coconut ones.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Beautiful Vicky Bakery in Hollywood with super friendly staff.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I have been to several locations in Broward County and this one definitely stood out. Came in this morning to get my first cup of coffee to start the day. The Cafecito was only $2.00 and was made fresh. Took my liquid gold and sat at a table amongst other customers. While sipping my coffee, I was salivating at the lovely cakes and pastries that were evenly lined in the counter displays. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The bathroom was equipped with an odd locking mechanism which had a drawn example how to properly unlock the door to exit the very clean room with large modern cement tile flooring.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The set up is nice inside. The service was great and fast. But the food was ok. I ordered of course pastries my favorite, but the filling wasn't a lot. It was more dough than anything and I prefer more filling. The croquettes were not tasty. They were more on the burnt side. But hey its a Vicky Bakery in Hollywood. We will take it

I loved coming here at any time this Saturday for breakfast and did not disappoint, the staff was very attentive and super nice the service was on point. The food was freshly made and the pastries were super yummy. The vibe was very fast-paced and they were very busy which tells you how good they are.

Just some of the croquetas we had for Noche Buena.

Five stars. No doubt about it. Service was exemplary. Croquetas were as tasty as ever. On any other day, I probably would say four stars, because this is a chain and I can be difficult to impress. But on Noche Buena? These ladies stepped it up! In typical fashion, and as a person that never hosts for Noche Buena, I forgot the croquetas. How can you celebrate in style this evening that only comes once a year without croquetas? When one of my guests was telling me this, I knew I had to rectify the situation immediately. Lady Luck, God, a leprechaun, whatever, was definitely on my side. I found this Vicky Bakery that recently opened relatively nearby and off I flew. When I arrived, the parking lot resembled a zoo and let's not talk about the inside. I saw they were supposedly closing at 3 PM, or so that's what the sign said, but the line inside practically went out the door and the food just kept getting made. I felt so bad. By the time I ordered, I mentioned this, and the lady at the cash register told me that they would keep working until they could. SPEECHLESS. That's what I was. I ended up getting a pack of 25 croquetas for around $8 as it was way cheaper than getting individual ones. Wasn't a bad deal at all. We ate croquetas, the party was consequently super Cuban, and I inhaled croquetas for days after. All in all, all's well that ends well.

Look at these - soggy is not the word. Supposed to be fried

Please have a little pride in the food you prepare! Or stay home- Whoever sent this out should be fired. Hair in the food, undercooked great fries, cold coffee. Don't waste your time or money this Vicky's is straight up trash, a dumpster fire waiting to happen. I might go over and throw this plate at someone.

    Delicious birthday cake! Very creamy!

I was very happy with Vladimir, he is the baker that did the cake for my grandson's 6th birthday. I brought him a picture of what I wanted the cake to look like and he did it exactly!!!! Vladimir is an artist and everyone loved how moist and delicious the cake tasted. Definitely the best!!!

Keep an eye out for the charming blue-and-white stand topped with American flags, set back from the road, it's easy to miss, but worth seeking out. The Siciliano family has been serving the Miami community for decades. In October 1961, Louis Siciliano opened a sub shop at 711 NW 119th Street in Miami. Although the original location has since closed, the family legacy continues with Siciliano's Frozen Custard and the neighboring Sub Center and Siciliano's Subs, all operated by members of the Siciliano family. Don Drybread, Louis Siciliano's great-grandson, originally opened the custard stand as Uncle Tony's Frozen Custard before renaming it Siciliano's in honor of his mother's side of the family. Siciliano's specializes in frozen custard, which differs from traditional ice cream by containing egg yolks and being churned with less air. The result is a denser, richer, silkier dessert with a smooth texture. It's also served at a slightly warmer temperature than ice cream, allowing you to savor its rich flavor. The custard is made fresh throughout the day, ensuring the perfect consistency every time. Custard is offered in the classic flavors of vanilla, chocolate, and a twist of both, available in cups or cones with your choice of nuts, candy, fruit, or sauce toppings. The menu also features sundaes, sorbet, milkshakes, and their signature thick Hurricanes. For something a little different, Carolyn's Creations transforms the custard into treats like cannolis, dessert tacos, and ice cream sandwiches. I ordered a medium vanilla custard topped with butterscotch and it was so satisfying. The rich, creamy custard made the perfect treat on a hot summer day. There isn't any indoor seating, but there are picnic tables next to the Sub Center, which is great spot to savor your sub or custard.

The baked treats are all dairy free, egg free and vegan. We purchased the banana mini cake which was moist and delish. The big deal is every Tuesday with $2.00 mini cakes. We came on a very busy time since there were over twenty customers on a food walk tour trying to get their baked treats at once and it seemed the person behind the counter was overwhelmed, and I was too. The shop had really nostalgic items from the 70s and 80s scattered around the room including old albums and toys with a nice giant blue velvetish shoe seat. The parking was easy on the street for $1.50 an hour so not bad at all. They do offer a big parking garage too.
