We enjoyed our time here. The service was fast and friendly. We ordered a box of assorted pastries. They were all fresh and delicious. We tried guava and cheese, cheese, coconut and pumpkin and cheese. Our favourite was the coconut ones.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Beautiful Vicky Bakery in Hollywood with super friendly staff.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I have been to several locations in Broward County and this one definitely stood out. Came in this morning to get my first cup of coffee to start the day. The Cafecito was only $2.00 and was made fresh. Took my liquid gold and sat at a table amongst other customers. While sipping my coffee, I was salivating at the lovely cakes and pastries that were evenly lined in the counter displays. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The bathroom was equipped with an odd locking mechanism which had a drawn example how to properly unlock the door to exit the very clean room with large modern cement tile flooring.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The set up is nice inside. The service was great and fast. But the food was ok. I ordered of course pastries my favorite, but the filling wasn't a lot. It was more dough than anything and I prefer more filling. The croquettes were not tasty. They were more on the burnt side. But hey its a Vicky Bakery in Hollywood. We will take it

I loved coming here at any time this Saturday for breakfast and did not disappoint, the staff was very attentive and super nice the service was on point. The food was freshly made and the pastries were super yummy. The vibe was very fast-paced and they were very busy which tells you how good they are.

Just some of the croquetas we had for Noche Buena.

Five stars. No doubt about it. Service was exemplary. Croquetas were as tasty as ever. On any other day, I probably would say four stars, because this is a chain and I can be difficult to impress. But on Noche Buena? These ladies stepped it up! In typical fashion, and as a person that never hosts for Noche Buena, I forgot the croquetas. How can you celebrate in style this evening that only comes once a year without croquetas? When one of my guests was telling me this, I knew I had to rectify the situation immediately. Lady Luck, God, a leprechaun, whatever, was definitely on my side. I found this Vicky Bakery that recently opened relatively nearby and off I flew. When I arrived, the parking lot resembled a zoo and let's not talk about the inside. I saw they were supposedly closing at 3 PM, or so that's what the sign said, but the line inside practically went out the door and the food just kept getting made. I felt so bad. By the time I ordered, I mentioned this, and the lady at the cash register told me that they would keep working until they could. SPEECHLESS. That's what I was. I ended up getting a pack of 25 croquetas for around $8 as it was way cheaper than getting individual ones. Wasn't a bad deal at all. We ate croquetas, the party was consequently super Cuban, and I inhaled croquetas for days after. All in all, all's well that ends well.

Look at these - soggy is not the word. Supposed to be fried

Please have a little pride in the food you prepare! Or stay home- Whoever sent this out should be fired. Hair in the food, undercooked great fries, cold coffee. Don't waste your time or money this Vicky's is straight up trash, a dumpster fire waiting to happen. I might go over and throw this plate at someone.

    Delicious birthday cake! Very creamy!

I was very happy with Vladimir, he is the baker that did the cake for my grandson's 6th birthday. I brought him a picture of what I wanted the cake to look like and he did it exactly!!!! Vladimir is an artist and everyone loved how moist and delicious the cake tasted. Definitely the best!!!

Super disappointed with this place…read more Pros: The potatoes and eggs were good & the hot sauce has great flavor! Cons: First thing I did was use the restroom which had a horrible smell and the toilet needed cleaning. The service was good at first then fell off after we ordered our food- which was strange because it was not busy at all. We ordered the screwdriver & peach Bellini to drink. Steak & eggs and the Untoasted breakfast + side of ham. The screwdriver had an odd taste & the ham was extremely soft/squishy/seemed uncooked internally. The steak was not cooked well- but acceptable enough to eat. Our server never checked on us after we got our food which sucks because we needed a few things. A different server ended up walking by much later and asked if we needed help which is when I told her I'd like to send back the ham and screwdriver- both of which I barely took a bite/sip out of. I just told her I didn't like them and she got a bit of an attitude and wanted specifics as to why I didn't like it. I just reiterated i didn't like it and won't be consuming either so please take it back. We finished our food and no one ever came to our table again- while the workers were walking around helping the 5 other tables or talking amongst themselves. After sitting for 15+ minutes with our finished food, I just went to the front and waited for someone to check us out. I don't recommend this place and will not be back.

**Absolutely Outstanding - Best Breakfast & Lunch in South Florida!**…read more I finally made it to **The New Lighthouse Caffe** and wow -- what a hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, the place feels bright, welcoming, and genuinely cozy, like a little slice of Italy meets a sunny Florida café. The breakfast menu is phenomenal -- everything is made fresh with high-quality ingredients and so much care. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the French Toast were fluffy and flavorful, and their omelettes and Benedicts are next-level delicious. We also tried lunch items and were equally impressed: hearty portions, beautiful presentation, and flavors that taste like they came straight from a family kitchen. What truly sets this place apart is **Chef Carlo** and **Lise**. Chef Carlo (a true Italian master with over 40 years of experience) pours his heart into every plate, and you can taste the passion and skill in every bite. Lise is incredibly warm and attentive -- they both make you feel like family from the very first visit. Whether you're stopping in for a relaxed breakfast (served all day!), a satisfying lunch, or just a perfect cup of coffee and a slice of that legendary cake, this is the spot. Friendly service, spotless restaurant, and food that keeps you coming back. If you haven't been yet, do yourself a favor and go. You'll leave smiling, full, and already planning your next visit. Thank you, Chef Carlo and Lise -- keep doing what you do so beautifully! Highly, highly recommend!

The moment I walked inside, I felt like I had stepped back into my childhood. The décor is full of nostalgic touches, including a pay phone, old-school wall phones with the extra-long cords, a TV with a built-in VHS player, and classic retro games. It was such a fun atmosphere that immediately brought back memories. For my meal, I ordered the chicken wings with French fries along with a caramel macchiato. Everything was delicious, and the coffee hit the spot. The service was fantastic. The woman who took my order was incredibly sweet and welcoming, which made the experience even better. They didn't have many pastries left, but I believe I arrived close to closing time, so I'm not sure what their regular selection is like earlier in the day. The interior and decor is very clean and captivating. Creating the perfect environment to enjoy a nice meal or drink. The cocktail menu was very impressive! While I didn't have a drink, seeing their cocktail menu was enough to know I had to come back for drinks. Started off with a single shot of espresso and a Cortado. The coffee was good and the custom glass wear it was served in made for an elevated coffee experience. After browsing the menu, the Shakshuka called my name! The perfect bowl of tomato sauce with peppers and onions. The spices were fragrant and created a very balanced dish and of course the eggs were perfectly cooked and runny when you break into them. After a savory breakfast the sweet tooth kicked in. Our server suggested the cheesecake that came with a table side pour of chocolate. The only downside to this dessert was I didn't want to share it lol I would literally come back here just for that cheesecake it was that freaking good.
