Since moving in in 2021 this carpet has been torn brutalized by a puppy (now a 4 year old dog), 2 cats, various babies, parties where ppl don't take off their shoes, etc. My mom had just hired Jose to clean the carpets in HER house and was so happy with the result she gave me his number. He came w/ his coworker the next day and was in an out in about an hour (keep in mind it was just 1.5 rooms). They were fast, considerate of the space, and most importantly did a great job. We rent and when we moved in six years ago it was already dripping grease, it was so gunked up (like, it was literally coming out of the light and fan switches). We hired cleaners when we first moved in but they looked at the hood and said it couldn't be done, so ever since we never bothered to clean it or look into getting it cleaned. I didn't mention the hood to the Magic Hands cleaners and assumed they would also skip it like the previous cleaners, so my jaw hit the floor when they showed it to me after they had finished the house. I followed up later that same day and again over the next two days by phone, but received no response or update. I completely understand if a company decides they can't accommodate a request, but losing communication with a potential customer after having them complete paperwork felt unprofessional. A simple "we're unable to move forward" would have been appreciated. Their pricing was also on the higher end compared to other companies I contacted. I ultimately hired another cleaner who had excellent communication, respected my fragrance sensitivities, and did impeccable work. As someone who is fairly meticulous and a bit of a germaphobe, I chose Daiany because I thought her work on Yelp spoke for itself. She was my first pick, and I'm so glad she was able to help me. With pretty short notice, Daiany was able to provide a quote, answer my questions, and get me scheduled. She was super responsive and thorough when communicating before and after our time together. On the day of, she messaged me her ETA and arrived right on time. She and her team member helped return a unit that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in at least a year to a nearly new state. The floors were made spotless, cabinets were unstickified, blinds were cleaned, oil stains were removed from the kitchen, colorful mold was removed from the shower walls and floor, etc. I was genuinely amazed that they were able to clean the shower as well as they did! They far exceeded my expectations. There were a few small things missed toward the end of a fairly long cleaning session, and Daiany was more than happy to address any remaining issues, which was sincerely appreciated.
