The doctors, nurses, and support staff are overwhelmingly professional, helpful, and congenial. The Navy Yard location is a fabulous option to Jefferson's facilities in central Philadelphia. There's plenty of free parking. Once you enter the modern glass building structure, in any area is new furniture that is phenomenally maintained, consistent with the overall extreme cleanliness of the facilities due to a superb maintenance team. There are charging stations for your electrical devices throughout the facility, along with a café, a large reception area, with staff and clear signage to guide you. The common areas are literally cleaner than some apartment buildings, and hotel/motel facilities! There's plenty of seating in waiting areas. All doctors I've seen don't keep patients waiting unbearable wait times. The standard of care provided by Jefferson Health's doctors and nurses is truly astounding. Several staff members approached me, asking why I was taking photos. Photos tell a story. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone in upper management. A woman named Rosemary claimed she rejected my financial assistance application while others have told me it was approved. This woman would not give me a valid reason for the rejection and would even backtrack saying she was "merely a clerk." She had called me multiple times from a private number and admitted she was off the clock. Truly horrified that a person like this has access to my information. Every time I call I am never forwarded to the proper supervisor. I've been coordinating with another woman named Stevette, who has also been of no assistance. Absolutely despicable how this place is run.
