The owner refused to fix it because the entire underneath was completely rotted out. He could have fixed it and made money off it, but refused because the vehicle wasn't safe. I ended up scrapping the vehicle. Another thing I love about them is if you need an oil change, you don't need an appointment, you can stop in and they will drop everything to take care of walk-ins. They showed up with a flat bed within 30 minutes to transport our dead vehicle to the dealer. Chris the driver did a good job of troubleshooting to make sure that the problem couldn't be fixed without the tow. After deciding that the problem was not fixable on site he transported the vehicle to the dealer at a very reasonable cost. While I hope not to need tow services in the future, if I do they are the company that I will call.
