Today I took my baby Jesse to his doctor. Wonderful staff very welcoming. It was fast and they answered all my questions. But a special thanks to Andrea she was very helpful and played full with my son. I recommend coming here she was very nice to us. I love VV Pediatrics. I got custody of my grandson when he was 6 months old and have been coming here ever since. The staff is friendly. The rooms have kid friendly decor. We've seen several different doctors and liked them all. It can get very busy here at times and sometimes it's difficult ultimately to get a same or next day appointment for an illness but I think that is the case everywhere. Overall, I'm very happy with the care my grandson receives here. read more

Dr. Bobila is absolutely amazing , he is very attentive and does not rush through his appointments . He hears me out EVERY time as a concerned parent , and will refer my kids out to any specialist as needed without hesitation. He has a fun personality , and makes my kids feel very comfortable . He makes it known that he takes pride his job. All of the ladies that work front and back office are AMAZING . In particular I would like to give a huge thanks to was Alina , as well as her office manager Ilsse . My son is one years old and went in Friday for a stat x ray on his chest for pneumonia , it was late Friday so of course with the weekend coming up, it wasn't promised I would get the results before Monday. Even after the office closed , Alina called me and assured that she would continue checking for results even after hours . She did just that and then some ! She reached out to her office manager Ilsse who then called me late night to let me know she was continuously checking the system . Even though the results were not in yet , which was not on their end . The way these two went out of their way meant so much to me as a mother . The weekend went by unfortunately with no results but as soon as the office opened Monday,Alina called me immediately and gave me the results , and also scheduled me within the next hour for a follow up with the doctor . I truly appreciate this office , the doctor , and all of the staff for their hard work and kindness . They go above and beyond , and always welcome you with a smile. We need more of this in the world , and I hope this staff gets the recognition they deserve ! read more

I've only taken my kids here twice and both times were horrible. Besides the fact that all the nurses that work in the front are rude, they talk about food instead of getting patients in. It wasn't even busy enough for us to be waiting more than 45 mins just to get in to a room. The first time, my son was sick and the doctor didnt prescribe him anything. Told me just to give him Tylenol. The next day he had already gotten worse. I called the office and told them that my son had gotten worse and the nurse said she was going to leave a message for the doctor and she would get back to me in 24hrs. I called the next day and nothing. Still no response from the doctor and it was passed the 24 hours. I never got a response so i took my son to urgent care instead. The second time, my husband took both of my kids to be seen and they neglected to see my kids because my husband "smelled like weed" and told him that we needed to reschedule because there was a complaint. He asked the other 2 Patients there if they were bothered by his odor they accused him of and no one had a problem just the unhealthy ladies working at the desk. Mind you that I had to wait 2 days since the day that i called to get an appointment. I would give this place zero stars, buuuuuut it didnt let me. So thats that! read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. this place use to be the absolute best.. within the last year they've gotten completely unprofessional. they are constantly calling to reschedule appointments very last minute on their end. called for a infected splinter on my toddlers finger, the earliest appointment was a WHOLE WEEK AWAY. they only made ONE effort to call and reschedule. went to the appointment told me it was canceled & tried making a second appointment for her finger and vaccinations.. THE EARLIEST APPOINTMENT WAS ANOTHER WEEK AWAY! definitely miss when this place was ran by dr barber! read more

Worst staff I have ever dealt with. Ever. It's unfortunate because the Doctor himself is absolutely great. But based off of interactions with the staff I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. Especially if your child has an emergency. There is one woman in the front her name is Pamela and she is the rudest. All we have been needing is a signature and she refuses to DO HER JOB and have my child's papers signed for a medical emergency procedure. She continues to give me the run around and when I asked her for her name to file a complaint she was a bitch and asked "do you want my date of birth too" Based off of this alone I will never take my children here ever again. read more

Used to bring our kids and the doctor would never seek to refer them to any specialists, he'd only say "things seem okay" and our concerns weren't solved. We've now chanced pediatric for our kids and they've been receiving the services they've been needing. Also seems like the guy flirts with his nurses. Not in front of families, please! read more

I took my son to Dr. Barber only to find out that Dr. Barber had retired which was a flat out lie. The didn't look the same and the staff wasn't the same. Today my daughter took my week old grandson for his first visit and was turned away because the front end staff does not understand how a PPO insurance works. With the insurance on the phone stating it's ok for the visit because the baby has not received his card yet the unprofessional staff still refused to let the baby see the doctor.The doctor might be great but the staff sucks and we will never know. This is just a sign this is not the right place for my grandson care. read more

Not all staff members wear face coverings. Pretty disappointing, and frankly upseting to see a reception desk staff member not wearing a mask on our first visit. This speaks volumes about their disregard for patient health. Especially surprised because they claim to take every covid mitigation step necesary. They even go as far as calling you prior to your visit to ensure you wear a mask. I guess this policy only applies to patients. Just another case of going through the covid motions. The staff was incredibly rude , especially the older Hispanic woman. She cut me off mid me talking ,and got rowdy with me because I mentioned that THEIR website advertised walk ins , yet refused to see my daughter. My child did not understand why the woman at the desk wanted to "fight" because even my child acknowledge the rude tone and aggression in this woman. I had such a great experience with my first visit. When you first walk in the door the office is so clean, inviting, very new and up to date. The wait time was so fast and the front desk is very friendly. The Dr was so nice he let my son choose a room to be seen in. All the rooms are decorated for kids and with a tv in each room it makes waiting with a toddler so much easier. The Dr was very thorough with our visit and never felt like we were being rushed. I highly recommend this office for every parent. Taking the little ones to the doctors is never fun so to find an office that is clean and makes it easy is a breath of fresh air. read more

Let me start off by saying they have excellent staff and excellent pediatrician Dr. Barber is amazing I love how he gave the time to give a background of himself which is very rare for doctors to do I was very nervous to find a new pediatrician for my children's since I just moved up here to high dessert I waited till I went the second time to give a review because I'm always the type to say when it's your first time they treat you like queens and after that who knows but let me tell you the times I've gone is amazing they give my kids so much attention I love how it's decorated from top to bottom. Each room has its own theme and kids get to pick which one they want if it's not occupied (they each have there own tv )also love the fact that Dr. Barber was able to explain each medication to me with time. Im very happy i switched my daughters pediatrician over to victor valley pediatrics. My baby came down with a flu and her old pediatrician was overbooked and couldn't be seen that week! Very unhappy but luckily I came here and found Dr. barber. He's great with her and answered all my questions and concerns. Best care I've came across for my baby! Definitely recommend !
