Edit: I want to note that the comment below says pricing is reflected online. I just wanted to include some screenshots of the website to show that nowhere does it say writing a "happy birthday" on the cake and adding basic piping to the edges is going to cost $45. I still believe that should have been disclosed upon ordering. I want to start by saying that the staff was very kind, and both the ordering and pickup experiences were pleasant. Everyone I interacted with was nice, and I do want to give them credit for that. That said, the cake itself just was not very good, which was the biggest disappointment. We ordered a vanilla cake with Oreo filling for my son's birthday, and unfortunately it was dense, overly sweet, and overwhelming. I didn't see a single person finish their slice, and those who did take a bite to see if they wanted their own decided against it. We ended up cutting only about 10 slices, and more than half the cake was never even cut (and thrown away). For a cake that ended up costing $220 for 15-20 people, I expected something much better. I also did not realize until I saw my credit card statement the day of the party that the total was that high, and I was not told that the basic decoration/name would add another $45. I understand they are covering themselves by saying "may include fees" but for the basic cake If the cake had been expensive but delicious, I would have felt differently. But given the taste, the amount that went uneaten, and the lack of clarity around the final price, I would not order this cake again. read more

I had this spot on my list for a while and finally got a chance to try. When I arrived I parked right in front of the bakery. I walked in and was greeted by the owner's mom. It was a cute bakery amd family ran. Some of the items were a bit pricey. I ordered the small nutella cupcake which was $5.50 and small beignets for $3.50. I paid and left. When I tried the baked goods they were good. Nice and moist and tasty. read more

Came here to try the pastries... the croissants were quite tasty and flaky... actually pretty similar to what you would get in Paris imo. Cheese danish was nice too. The pastries were on the small side though... for the price I would have expected a little bigger. I could easily eat 2 of these (due to the size and also because they are good) and still be hungry. Theres some street parking out the front although no dedicated spots. They offer cake making classes too at a fairly reasonable price. read more

I recently bought the strawberry mousse cake for my mom's birthday to Quatorze, a French restaurant in NYC. We all loved the traditional dense French cake, the fresh strawberries, the heavenly mousse. The cake is not angel food, the flavor is condensed. this place was amazing! i had the chocolate chip cookie. i bought it for work the next day and it still tasted fresh. so good! i also bought the pistachio macaron and the nutella one for my mom and she loved those. i got the nutella tart to eat there and OMGGGGGGGGG i loved it! i ate it all and i would get it again. it has tiny white drops of cream on it and i forgot what it was. not whipped cream but just amazing lol. their bathroom was clean and so cute with the neon sign. i just love the pink everywhere and cute decor. plenty of seating. friendly service too. read more

Wow!!! There are some of the most delicious things here!! We have have the croissants which were light, buttery and fantastic! We stoped in for a sweet snack and we had a cherry tart and the crust was AWESOME! It was buttery, flaky and cooked perfectly. We had the pumpkin cupcake filled with cream cheese and the cupcake was moist and dense with a perfect balance between the two! We got the special drink for fall, a maple cinnamon latte that was well flavored and not too sweet!! This place is awesome, they have a great variety of sweet treats and what we love is whenever we come in there is always something they bring out from the kitchen in the back that was just made so we get something extra that was just baked. It's fun for us and the kids to be able to see into the kitchen as the bake while we enjoy our treats! I have never posted a "bad" review. I cringe at the idea of saying something negative against a small business but I was really disappointed that I spent over $20 on overcooked tiny cupcakes with tasteless frosting. The decoration looked beautiful but the frosting tasted just like butter with no sugar or flavoring. The cake itself was over cooked, browned and dried out. We decided after sampling to throw them away. I did also get a caramel tart which I though was yummy. I considered getting a pastry but they were also dark brown and over cooked. I hope the owners take this review as a necessary critique. I really want their business to succeed but I think some things need to change.
